In my opinion this is not the worst Friday film.

Funny, this is pretty much how I feel also. But I broke down and added it to my GHV order With SOTL and Torso this morning, as he just listed them on his site. I think I have watched the movie 2-3 times, with the last being the Shout set viewing. Not a bad film, but its hard to like it. It's totally my nonsense nostalgia at work and I know it.

I’ll take this one over a few of the Friday’s personally. It isn’t the butchered editing hack job of New Blood or a snooze fest like Manhattan. Goes to Hell is still my least favorite overall, but I’ve come to appreciate its quirks.

Yeah I'd say that Jason Goes to Hell is also my least favourite of the franchise. Manhattan probably comes next, I think I've only ever sat through the entire thing maybe two times. Last time was at a 35mm screening back in 2018 and yeah it'll be a while before I revisit it again. I've warmed up to The New Blood in recent years so I think the remake falls somewhere around there.

But I always really enjoyed Jason X and Freddy vs. Jason. Can't go wrong with the first six though IMO.

This. Better than the remake than 7-10.
