I’m not going to lie, I’m annoyed about the Collector’s Edition DVD Extras not being carried over, but I still have that edition, and have no intention of getting rid of it (it’s absolutely gorgeous), so it is what it is.

But they really should be on there.

They just ported the old blu-ray and put it in the steelbook, eh? Lazy Disney/Sony. Or inconsistent Disney/Sony, because they manage to port all the DVD extras onto the new 4K Lilo & Stitch release, when the initial blu-ray was barebones.

Do we know if this is a "Limited Edition" Steelbook? It doesn't say so on the cover artwork but just want to be sure. If it's not a limited edition, I'm wondering if I should just wait for the price to hopefully dip below the $39.99 ...but maybe that's wishful thinking and I run the risk of ending up in a Tombstone situation where the price just keeps going up for the steelbook.

Got my Preorder in. Did the same thing with NOTLD 90 - preorder on both Amazon and Atomic as backup plan. $39.99 is very reasonable even without the old extras. May have to grab a copy of that for the extras.

This is a pretty quick listing on Amazon after the announcement. Usually it takes a full week before preorders are open for these Sony titles. I wonder if that means AMS/Orbit/Diabolik will also put their preorders up sooner than a week's time.

Same here Chad, except I didn't have $5 off, only a few bucks with the DEEP10 promo code.

We're both central OH so they might be riding together. Hope the cardboard mailers are up for the job

Good to see the expected UK regular edition pop up already, although it looks like Russell Crowe has been left high and dry on the cover. They’ve sailed off and forgotten their captain.

Great to see this film coming out. Couldn't care about a steel book. Nothing but over expensive tat. Kind of like slip cases. Will definitely buy this if it's any good.

Like previous catalogue Disney titles, it will be a USA only title. Amazon CA will just randomly put it up once it has been released.
