amazon has just published its plan for sweeney todd specifying that it will the last HD DVD that they will release. It seems that we will not have it on blu ray this april 1 after all. well at least there is one solution, IMPORT.

Okay so there's this source, which I will not name, on the internet that provides Blu-ray and HD DVD rips and uploads them as torrents. The people that provide the rips come from China. They are also known for getting releases way early (they've already uploaded 30 Days of Night and Predator). Today I saw that they uploaded Beowulf and was labeled as a BDrip. I've always found this source to be trustworthy. Hopefully this means something.

I never said I downloaded it. I'm not promoting piracy. I just simply stated what I saw. I'd rather buy a physical disc anyways. Plus it's spelled "Illegal".

You can always get the Japanese Import, since both Japan and North American share the same region.
