There have been a few STEELBOOKS with this indentation on the exact same location.this is no coincidence. As far as i'm concerned this is normal and would classify it as mint.Once you consider this normal, you accept it fully and wouldn't even consider it flawed such as a dent or a ding.A dent or a ding should be defined as an ocurrence that took place outside the manufacturing process. This definitely did not occur after.Better get used to it since there will probably be more instances like this.
By the way i think this STEEL has a nice "bling" to it..

I got it today. Both my copies also have a small very faint crescent like dent along the first star on the last row of stars. They look identical leading me to think that this may be systemic. Can anyone else confirm this additional dent?

Received both of my copies today. What a crappy packing job, a flimsy cardboard envelope/box with no padding! The plastic wrap was torn very badly on both copies from sliding around. Both have a dent, but only one of them in that lower right hand corner. HMV needs to get their act together!

My hinges seemed to be slightly off, for alignment.

I have to admit tho, this steel does look awesome and very blingy like stated before ... alot better in person then any picture ... This may be a better t3 then aussie or german if theirs dont look as crisp as this one.

ps. If anyone could get this transporter 3 without any damage and without the small line by the rating it may be the "Rambo" as its so hard to get one perfected m Seems like juan and dvdinternacional sold the steel to HMV for this one at a cheaper cost than scanavo

It is just to the right of the blue '15' logo in the bottom right of the steel. Just a little indention -- looks like a little line of some kind that runs straight down, right where the clip is underneath that holds it shut when it's closed.

It's not hard to see, at all.

I got the two I ordered a day apart from each other so I take it it's got more to do with the postal service than anything. It's to minimise the risks of losing something in the process in case you order multiple things; it's got its pros and cons.

And as for their other service (OVERSEAS COURIER DELIVERY - £27.00), I have no idea. Given the price they ask for, unless you get your product just as you press the "Confirm order" button, they better pack it like it's going through a warzone for that price.

I'm still waiting for mine but have previously ordered 2 steelbooks from them and both came in the same flimsy box, I know its just a matter of time before one comes in severely damaged and then i probably wont order from them anymore everyone should send a message for them to use bubblewrap etc. I was looking at their contact us links but not sure which one is best to do this. other than that thier shipping times are fairly quick.
