Gemini Man, should I go for the German 3D Blu-ray? In other words, is the 3D worth paying a customs charge for?

Yes. And if you order from Amazon.de all you pay is VAT, you don't get hit by the dreaded £8 Royal Mail handling charge.

Cheers guys. Was reading mixed reviews of the 3D. Some claiming the 3D depth was exceptional while others claimed it was medium mostly.

It's not exceptional. But that's not to say it has no merit.

Gemini Man is great for modern 3D. You can't miss it--the last great native 3D production for at least a couple years. It's medium compared to Silent Madness and the vintage titles we've been getting lately, but so is everything else modern.

Default Have you tried Big Lots for Budget 3D's?

That is it for me for now until end of year. 5 movies/yr * 12 yrs = 60 movies.

I knocked off a lot of movies on my list that are must-have for me.

Who knows what next tech would bring? Maybe 3D 8K? or AR/SR 3D? Would the next gen of 3D bring about a re-boot of present 3D tech and a new re-start in collecting?

In the 80s, we have VHS and Betamax. 90s we have DVDs. 2000s we have Blu-rays. 10s we have BR 3D. 20s?
Have you tried Big Lots for 3D blu rays? It would be a great way to stretch your budget paying only $3 or $5 per movie. Also, a few "pre-owned" sellers can occasionally have decent prices. It pays to compare! For example "bluraysforeveryone" has Madagascar 3: Europes Most Wanted 3D for $5.99 and a number of others for even less.

Default Monster rollercoaster 3D movie - Name?

Hello all

I remember seeing a short 3D movie that has monsters going on a ride or roller coaster somewhere. I don't think it is available in the US or in English but does anyone remember the name of it. I remember hearing it was really great and since I'm going to be placing an order from either France or Germany soon I wanted it drop it in the basket.

No pressure Sir.

5 Years and 500, that is an average of 100 per year. Phenomenal! I wonder how you'd rank here in terms of 3D haul? You must be in Top 5.

Do we know who the top 5 are? I 'm guessing our mod is in top 3.

Can someone explain to me why shipping to the USA is so reasonable here, but 22 pounds on amazon.co.uk and 23 euros on Amazon.de ?

Hi 3D President

I know there are many with much higher numbers in their collections but that could also include multiple versions of the same title.
