I live in an apartment and I was hoping the risers would help in not disturbing people below me. So far no complaints. Good luck with the extra sub. I think you will like it.

At times the frequencies annoying neighbors might be traced back to a room induced peak as well. These peaks can be 5dB, 10dB, or even higher! So a 10dB peak at 40hz....yeah....that can travel a ways.

Adding a (well positioned) second sub can tame that peak. So even though you're ADDING headroom you may also annoy the neighbors less...

Also, remember any returning customer will get a discount. So please contact me before ordering through the website and we'll give you our best coupon code possible.

Just placed my order for another pair of XS15se's.
Purchased my first pair back in July 2014.

Tom, there was no place on the online order form to leave a note.
Last time there was, why did you drop that feature?
I just wanted to remind you, that I should be entitled to a 5% off discount.

Yes, my Denon X4000 receiver has the latest greatest version of Audyssey: XT32 with Sub EQ HT.

So, its almost the same footprint as one of my VTF15's (its a little wider of course), and 18" taller roughly.

I will own one... Can't wait to see the output results.

I love my VTF15's, but I wan't more oooomph, especially below 20hz.

Looking good Tom. Will we know the weight and AC mains power draw specs before that pre-order expires? Looking but not sure if I have enough capacity on that circuit, only 15A and shared with other gear. Also wondering how heavy that would be to move downstairs, need 2 people? Thanks.

108 pounds unboxed with grill.

Pre-order lasts for the weekend.

The power draw will typically only be an amp or two. With sustained deep bass(like test tones) it can be significantly larger though. Unless you are near maxxed out on that 15amp circuit chances are you'll be fine. Remember---

1) A home breaker will pass 200-400% of its rated output for 4-8 seconds. So a 15amp break will pass 30-60 amps.

2) The amplifier has a good amount of internal capacitance for energy storage

3)Music and movies are transient in nature. Meaning they will only demand power from audio amplifiers in short bursts---usually a fraction of a second in fact.

Thanks Tom. Have to measure up to see how I could place such a beast and also figure out a safe way to get it downstairs, 108 lbs is a bit awkward for one person, definitely a 2 person job for sure. Will Fedex drop it off at your door or just curb side? Fedex freight or home delivery? Not even thinking about getting delivered to office and then trying to get in my car and home, would have to be a vacation day or work from home day for sure...

Fedex ground. They'll bring it up to your door for you although they may be complaining along the way..
