To me, the frustration comes not from the updates but from what they are. It means little to me to read "Mr. Nobody came and and read his 12 lines today!" over and over again. That doesn't seem like an update - it seems like BS to avoid giving an update.

How about something more like "Sorry the project is about a year overdue - but we project it will be going to the replicator on ______ and shipped sometime in _____, 202X."

Hello everyone,

Let us first apologize for the long absence without updates on our part.

As some of you might already know due to being backers of that project, we were focusing on our oldest campaign, “Sharin no Kuni” because we are planning to ship its rewards during the month of September. However, due to various problems including staffing issues we are currently trying to overcome the hurdles and proceed with this plan.

We are currently working on the schedule for “Sharin no Kuni”, and when we do so we plan on working with the schedule below:

• Sharin no Kuni: planned for September (address check: until mid-September) *please refer to the campaign itself for more details
• Wonderful Everyday: planned for September-October (address check: until mid-late September)
• ISLAND: planned for October (address check: until the first of October)
• Loca-Love: planned for October (address check: until the first of October)
• Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3-Vol.5: planned for October-November (address check: until mid-October)
• Grisaia Phantom Trigger: The Animation: planned for November-December (address check: until the first of November)

We believe that this update is not sufficient to explain the details of each project, so we will update you with more details within the next two weeks.

We will also let you know about shipping updates for remaining rewards other than the above in their campaign pages during the month of September.

We deeply apologize for making our backers wait this long, and we will keep working on getting everyone’s rewards shipped.

YES! That's what I'm trying to articulate. We get updates once a month(ish), but there's nothing of substance to them. At this point, I dont give a shit about "We've cast 'Doorman Who Holds The Elevator Open in scene 2D from Episode 12" completing his one line of dialogue. I just want updated release date - hell, even just a best guess. Failing that, how about a rough idea how close the project is to finishing?

Just a "We've done This, This and This. We're in the middle of That and That at the moment. We still need Those, Those and Those completed before the project can go out the door."

I feel we're being left in the dark as to what the hell is going on, and it's extremely frustrating.

Damn I missed this... well there seems to be a backerkit but unlikely it's still open considering that shipping estimate is november and seems to be locked to backers. Well if you're able to add on extra BDs and it's still opem, someone hmu. I'd pay for the item and shipping ofc when it arrived lmkkkk

MediaOCD are more than likely involved with both projects, so as far as I’m concerned they can take as much time as they need.

It feels strange without having an AnimEigo campaign in progress. Robert is always so good about providing consistent updates and the last few years we've had a great run of titles. I'm looking forward to the next one and hopefully more to come!

Dirty Pair Update #49

Hello all,

Happy Friday! We've got a couple quick project updates for you.

The first update is from the dubbing studio: this past Wednesday, November 8th, was the final day of re-recording! Now that all the vocal corrections have been made, the stereo mixes should be finalized in the very near future. Also, 5.1 mixing for the OVAs, movies and Flash has begun (in both English and Japanese), and the dubbing director is currently lining up guests to come in and record the commentary tracks!

And our second update is from the online store team: the migration of accounts from Right Stuf Anime to Crunchyroll is complete! By logging into the Crunchyroll store and selecting "My Account", you can find the option to view your order history, including your previous purchases from the Right Stuf Anime store and this Kickstarter. If you have any account-specific questions, you can reach the Customer Experience Team by going to https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and selecting "E-Commerce" from the drop-down box.
