I have never pre ordered from this site or company before but im thinking of pre ordering their 4K of BloodRayne. How are they with getting pre orders out on time or at all. There is an option to order from Bullmoose or amazon(Amazon has no release day for delivery atm) Thanks for the help

In the past, their releases tended to be delayed for whatever reason. I think they said that going forward, they were going to wait until the titles were further along in the manufacturing process before putting them up for order, but it's possible I'm thinking of a different company. They charge right away for pre-orders and their titles tend to take a while to sell out of the slips. There's not really a difference in pre-ordering from them now versus ordering once the titles are actually available, imo.

bullmoose pushed back my shipment of 555 to jan 30, saying the release date was delayed. is there official confirmation on this?

I received a shipment email from MV for 555 a couple days ago, and from the tracking looks like it should arrive by Friday.

I checked on my Massacre Black Friday order and was surprised to see it shipped on the 22nd. I never received an email but it's nice to see the order is due to arrive on Monday.

Tbh they are one of the worst companies w pre-orders. It’s their one true downfall. I don’t think they’ve ever met a pre-order date on time. Still waiting on my Black Friday order which contains pre-order stuff. Black Friday was last year / two months ago lol; Not the end of the world but definitely ridiculous.

I haven't pre-ordered anything from MV in years, but they did come through with my recent 555 Blu-ray Pre-order (placed on 11/23/23) with no issues or problems. I received it yesterday in a box with a bunch of packing peanuts for extra protection of the Slip.

I almost feared there would be some problem, since the discount code back then worked on the Pre-order taking off -$8.40 from the total price.
