If you haven't already, try googling "Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment logo PNG" and see if any of those results will work for you. There are a number of different styles out there looking just now and one may be suitable for what you want.

Default Star Wars 4K UHD set

WIP for a full SW set. Original poster art for the fronts, framed using (re-sized and re-colorized) framing from the new retail art. The framing is repeated for the backsides, which incorporates the new retail art. I've re-colorized that art to match the theatrical art used on the fronts. I've also isolated and re-positioned some of the images from the retail art in order to fit effectively into the available space. Applied a SW starfield image for the background. Will also prepare some alternate cover art options.

Fun project (who doesn't love Star Wars!?). Let me know if you have any thoughts on how the set is looking so far

Perhaps variants for the Despecilized and 4K77,80, and 803 projects?

So, I used the original poster by the artist, which slightly differs from the steelbook, but it's basically the same. Now obviously the poster isn't designed to fit a cover dimensions and trying to cuts a lot off or it looks squished. I tried to get as much important parts in there as I could. Let me know if it tickles your fancy.

Looking great so far! If I could give one suggestion, it would be to either take out the episode number in the front, or move it & the subtitle down so that the Star Wars logo stays together a bit more.

Yup, I think you're right. Title areas are looking tighter/cleaner now.

I'll be buying a Blu-ray burner soon so I decided to make some custom covers for the DeSpecialized editions of Star Wars. They're all based off the CBS Fox releases (might be from the Trilogy set? IDK, let me know!) which are the original VHS tapes I watched the trilogy on growing up. Everything on the back is made from scratch utilizing the original publicity photos and poster art used for the VHS sleeve designs (with the exception of ESB which has an orange coloration on the poster not found on my VHS copy and ROTJ whose back cover background is a slight remodel as the original publicity photo for the throne room scene is virtually nonexistent online from what I could find).

Sorry for the smaller size and watermark. Don't know how to fix the former and I don't have a license key for the latter.

This is my first real attempt at making covers. I hope they turned out semi decent! And I hope covers for these types of fan preservations are okay in this thread.

These look really good. Not bad for a first timer. If there's one small thing that could use a little work, it would be that the spine logos look a little small. If you could perhaps make them a little bigger, that just might do it. Otherwise, they look good.

Thanks!! Yeah, the spine logos look a little wack mostly cause I was fully intent on replicating the VHS' layout 1:1, which meant keeping the titles as they were on the side. It works a lot better on VHS when the spine is a quarter the size of the cover! I also followed the template guide I was using a little too closely and kept them in the "safe area". I'll have to go back and play around with them a little more.

Thanks man. I take your point about the back pictures. I'll be doing some more tweaking to get everything looking as centered as possible. I deliberately avoided using the synopsis and special features information since that info is already available on the slipcovers which I plan on using along with these new customs. Also wanted to avoid using screenshots as they are so commonplace.

A few months back, I decided I wanted to unify my horror franchises with a similar set of artwork that I'm dubbing The VHS Collection. I purposefully left the back clear of any special features listings so that they wouldn't get dated if I were to replace the discs or add new ones in the future, and they were given an aged look to replicate a cover that's been used heavily. The current idea is to put them all in white Viva Elite cases; I'll post photos of everything printed and put together once I'm able to.

The second set is for the Scream films.

SCREAM

Just as with the film's original release, I wanted Drew Barrymore to be front and centre for the artwork.

SCREAM 2

SCREAM 3

SCREAM 4

It was their idea to not have the front artwork feature the three leads, and I dug it as it fit in with the whole "reboot" thing they were going for. Additionally, I thought having Sidney occupy what could be seen as the "big death of the film" spot on the back would be interesting.

BONUS MATERIAL

Primarily focusing on the bonus disc with the documentaries, but I had it just say "Bonus Material" on the spine and put the "And More..." on the back so it can house additional discs as needed.

THE VHS COLLECTION
-Phantasm
-Scream

My man....that's supposed to be the 4K disc case. its not part of Sowhat's actual cover. He's just showing you what you what it'll look like in those cases.

First; I'm not "your man". Second; I think you might misunderstood my thoughts there, but let's just say that, personally, I think that IF the 4K banners are on the front cover, it would be best if those would be presented as small as possible. That's all.
