Depends. Do you have a high level legendary primary that you like to use?

Increased the base level of Nightfall Legendary rewards by 10 Attack/Defense
Increased the chance of Legendary rewards by 10% (from 50% to 60%)
Increased the number of Strange Coins or Three of Coins awards
Ghosts have been added to the Legendary reward loot table
Legendary Engrams no longer drop from Nightfall Strike boss kills
They will continue to drop their unique Legendary items
Removed Antiquated Runes from the loot tables

King's Fall

King's Fall Hard Mode will be available at 10AM on 10/23
Recommended Light is 310
King's Fall Hard Mode has the following changes:
King's Fall Hard Mode rewards will drop up to 320 Light
Oryx in Hard Mode will guarantee a Raid item drop each week, without requiring Moldering Shards
Oryx in Normal mode will still require Moldering Shards
Moldering Shards can drop in King's Fall Hard Mode, but only if a character hasn't cleared King's Fall Normal for the week

Crucible

Weekly Crucible Bounty

Increased base level of Weekly Crucible Bounty Legendary rewards by 10 Attack
Increased number of Strange Coins awarded
Ghosts have been added to the Legendary reward loot table

I'm currently using a 310 Jade Rabbit because my gauntlets have a speed reload for Auto Rifles so I can use the larger clip size perk on the gun.

Plus when I get the Hung Jury up to 310 I can switch between the two and still have the speed reloading. Although I really wish the Jade Rabbit had a Firefly perk because that would be heaven.

I collected Flakes a little while Sunday night with my boy and then after we did CoO. Only to later realize that my Inventory slots were full and I wasn't actually getting the flakes. Wernt at the post office either.

...just getting to the point that you should focus on leveling your legendary sniper since you like to run with the Jade Rabbit.

My struggle is getting 300+ primary weapons. I have a 1000YS at 306, but I could sacrifice some exotics I don't use to get it higher, and I sometime use the 310 Telesto. For primary I use Hung Jury, which I think is 298, and The Villainy, which I think is 296. I might have a 303 or 304 pulse from the raid.

If Hard mode is going to be impossible below LL 310, it's going to be a long time.

According to some it was waiting for them when they booted up other said it came up when they pledged with FWC so who knows to much to dig through.

If you already collected the ghost last time this was up I recommend going to the tower first and pledging with FWC and see if it comes up because the first part is making a donation to them anyways.

I'll be on tonight to see if this popped up for me.

I played with the Titan this morning, and I collected the ghosts with the Warlock. I'll find out this evening. I'll raid with the Warlock.

I will probably sacrifice my 4th Horseman for the 1000YS. I will keep the Telesto, just because it's fun to use. Have not decide what to do with the Hereafter, but a 310 sniper with a different burn than the 1000YS is a good thing.

I barely got my Telesto and it seems to be a bit of a buzzkill as it seems to be not as powerful as other fusion riles that I've used. At the same time, I'm not a big fan of Fusion Rifles in general (except for the Sleeper Simulant, I see that as a heavy Fusion rifle).

Yea, I bet the Quest on unlocks with the character you turned the ghost in with. I'm betting the people that turn the ghost in today for the first time the quest will probably pop up tomorrow. I'd imagine it'd be like the whole Sleeper deal with people not finishing the satellites patrol missions the same day that quest popped up.
