Yeah it must be due to location. I checked two other stores in opposite directions- about 35 miles away and they didn't get any either.

Thinking about how broke I am after 2 trips in 2 months and Christmas shopping. At least here comes tax refund(hopefully) and more paychecks with holiday pay for a bit of relief.

Started training for my first ever 50k tomorrow, still looking for a cheap marathon option to run shortly before the 50k. Guessing I'll go with 1 of the local races but I think the 1 on March 12th is a bunch of mile loops, which would probably get quite annoying lol.

Understandable that it would slip your mind: In the pecking order of life, most of us are "Jelly of the Month Club" subscribers, not pool owners.

The pool girl is Nicolette Scorsese (no relation to Martin), who was also in the dept. store scene. 'Tis the season to be Merry

Let me guess: You have pools at all 9 of your locations?

What are you doing here with us common folk?!

(In all fairness, Gold Ranger could be referencing one of those $15.00 Walmart plastic tub kiddie pools, as well.)

Nope, it's a 20' pool, 6' deep.

In Hawai'i, I needed no pool, had the ocean.
In CA, one of the places I was renting had a pool
I've had the current pool with me in WV, NC and now MO.
Growing up in NY, we had an Olympic size above ground which was later put in the ground.

Hawaii is indeed lovely for the ocean but I also enjoyed the views from the infinity pool at the resort.

As a former competitive swimmer, I have to ask about your Olympic size pool in NY. Are you sure of the size? That is a massive pool to have in your back yard unless you're part of a country club/gated community. Olympic-size pools by regulation "race course" are 50 meters long (164ft) X 25 meters in width (82ft), consisting of 10 lanes with a depth of 6'.

Currently wondering if the mailman will actually deliver the mail today considering we got roughly 8 feet of snow within the last 24 hours.
