I retired another DVD today. Purchased Hotel Rwanda on Blu-ray. When cataloging the title in DVD Profiler I decided to have a little fun and convert the DVD custom I was using. Before and after pics shown below.

Anyone have customs for the Frank Darabont Collection, Fraggle Rock or the Criterion Godzilla set? I would pay for all printing and shipping costs.

Wow. A few weeks ago, a brand new member, signed up on the 25th of December 2020, asked me for some covers. Mind you, I haven’t had the time to reply him, ad I get a lot of pms and requests each day. A few dats later he pm’ed me again, asking for covers. And again.

The user have 0 posts to his name and just now left me negative feedback on my profile for not reaching out to him. What the shit?

1. I get a lot of pm’s and requests daily, and really can’t respond them all, especially over the holidays.
2. It’s a brand new user with 0 posts still, requesting me for free stuff 3 times!
3. Dude left me negative feedback? How is that even possible with 0 posts/no activity?
4. I have had a lot of my work stolen from others and showing them off as their own on various websites. Dear user-with-0-posts-who-literally-just-signed-up: what did you honestly think?

How can I reach out to a Mod and get my negative feedback removed, and hopefully the other party banned? I’ve been a member for more than a decade and contributed a whole lot, and won’t accept this from anyone. Especially a new member who is just here to get free stuff. Not cool.

That's messed up. Go to a the trading forum and message one of the mods there

I've got some Blu-ray cover scans that I did recently.

Can someone here help me out with getting rid of the moir-effect on them, and also darkening some spots that are supposed to be black?

Really nice to see these cover art pieces. I was involved in the custom DVD cover art community a good 15 years ago. I bowed out at the start of the Blu-Ray / HD-DVD age, but I still have all of my covers saved.

I'd love to see some of them. Even though this is the Blu-ray forum, it wouldn't be that far off topic. Perhaps if someone requests you to make Blu-ray conversions of one of your covers, that may spark interest in the hobby again :-)

Thanks much! I based these Predator designs on the German DVD artwork for Predator 2. These were two of the last designs I put together back in 2010.

And a minimalist design for Collateral. I actually bought the EPK CD-ROM back in 2004, and so, I had super high res key art and production photos to work with.

These are amazing! i've seen the artwork for Ep 4-6 before (albeit not on a cover) and you've done an epic job of doing it for the prequels!
