Purchase the Blu-ray's then if you don't own them and scan the cover art yourself. That should do the trick.

Gotcha. Well if someone can’t hook you up there’s always the various covert art websites out there. Most of the good ones are subscription based. Still cheaper than purchasing the individual releases just for the cover art.

What sites would you recommend? I have the Hammer 4 pack containing The Mummy, Dracula Has Risen from the Grave, Taste the Blood of Dracula and Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed. I want to move the discs to individual cases, but I need to get my hands on the cover art.
