I know as well as the polar levels there is supposed to be jungle levels. i am very interested to see how well GG create a jungle enviorment

I'm looking forward to seeing this too. The snow level looks amazing, I was blown away by the sea. I can bet the jungle level will do the same.

It says it all that I'll be trading MW2 in for something else soon, but I'll never get rid of KZ2, I still play it over a year after its release - and I recently completed the Shield and Intel campaign trophies.

Here’s a staggering detail about just how seriously Guerrilla Games takes their water effects in Killzone 3, this should also cement their reputation as “Super developers” for the Playstation platform: Guerrilla Games actually have 2 guys working on the water effects in the game, and they’ve been working on it for 6 months. That’s simply incredible, 2 guys working on just water for 6 whole months, and if we know ‘Guerrilla Games’ well, these 2 guys work will not end till the game ships with the most believable water effects on the market.

I really hope they put together a prestige pack for this game; not just DLC, but solid, real extra content for the game; making of DVD, soundtrack, art book, a sculpted Helghan trooper, maybe a Helghan full size helmet AND some DLC

I'd buy that, oh yeahhhh

Also, given the trend for PS2 HD makeovers, I'd really like to see a remake of Killzone 1, it would be fantastic to have the trilogy available on one console. I know the original had its critics, but they could tweak it here and there. If it happens, this should also be in the prestige pack above

I don't really like the cover art. It had me thinking as well that most of the game would take place during the winter, like Lost Planet. Ah well haha.

I just hope they have a little bit deeper online I had unlocked just about everything after two weeks of hardcore playing.

I'm so stoked to get another game that takes a bit more skill to play hopefully we'll get even more people online then kz2's 200k

After I saw the screenshots and e3 trailer I became really interested in this game. But there are few things that concern me...

I've never played online fps before and I've only ever played a total of three fps games for the single player campaign (Swat 3 for pc, Bioshock 1 and 2 for ps3), but I'm interested in playing online. How difficult is the online community for a newbie? Is it possible for a newbie to get all the online trophies... assuming they practiced?

Will online players with the Move controllers have an advantage over those who just use the standard dualshock3? Seems to me that aiming with your arm is far more accurate than aiming with a thumb.

Lastly I have a standard dsl connection. Supposedly the speed is 54 Mbps...
Is this good enough to play online without experiencing too much lag?

Killzone 2 was my 2nd console FPS evar, and I got all the online trophies the 3rd week after getting it. If I can do it, so can you.
