Got the replacement I ordered last week. Correct item, contrary to what Target.com customer service said would happen!

Went to B&M store today to return the "Shaun of the Dead" I didn't have a receipt for... Told them my story, they had no problem returning the "wrong item" but had to do a little computer trickery to do so.

Bonus Levels:

1. The MOD happened to be standing there listening to my story about how much trouble they gave me via Target.com phone customer service and slipped me a $10 Target Gift Card.

2. I saw the sticker that printed out for the put back. Of course it said "Online Item" but the price may be of interest to some.. $17.73 - that'll probably be the cheapest you could ever get one if you happened upon it in store via return! Happy Hunting.

Finally got my replacement order and I did correctly get Flash Gordon! Target even shipped it better. It was still in one of those cardboard mailers, but they placed heavier cardboard against either side of the case.

What a pain this whole thing was, but it's a thing of beauty in person.

I must compliment Target for including 2 pieces of cardboard within the mailer for additional protection of the steelbooks.

Just came in the mail. I didn't think it was going to come because my order status never updated after UPS mail innovations got the shipping info.
