Just got back from my store---nothing on the shelf. I did do an order last night for in store pick up and I did get my copy. Dont really know how many are on the shelf. Good luck to all. I think this one is gonna be rare

Got to BB a minute after opening & they had only 2 on the floor so was able to grab one.

I was just told in chat that both this and frozen 2 steelbook will be available for shipping come tomorrow what are the odds this will not happened

My original order from the B2G1 hasn’t been filled. I assume it won’t at this point. This is only the second time this has happened.

I am able to place an order for a further store so I am trying ISPU there. Most stores around appear to be sold out according to my app.

Sheesh! Crazy. I didn’t expect this. Frozen 2 seems to be stocked heavily according to my app.

Grabbed the last copy on the shelves about an hour ago. It has a slight spine slash, thankfully this one comes in a plastic protective case.

So my B2G1 ISPU Order wasn’t filled as well. Was concerned last night when I got my pick up email for Frozen 2 but not Knives Out. Went to the Best Buy I ordered from and saw only two copies of the Knives Out SteelBook on the floor. Went to the pick up counter and explained the situation. The clerk there called BB Online in an attempt to “push” the order as it’s still in the “preorder status” only. They weren’t able too, as they said their system shows this as not released yet, which makes no sense as obviously today is the release date...and other’s have already picked there’s up.

Luckily, I’m in the club where the Best Buy employees know and recognized me so the clerk offered to stash away the copy I brought to the counter. She put my name and order number on a sticky note and put it back in the pick up bin for me. Hopefully, this gets rectified soon.

Gonna check my local BB when they open, just in case, but I'm glad I was able to order one last night when they put it back up for sale for a brief bit.

Spine slashes occur at the factory level moreso than at the retail level.

Make that a trilogy, as my pre-order was part of the B2G1. Here's hoping I can get a credit for the balance if sells out/not available for ISPU.

I'm almost certain it's only on the protective case. I haven't opened it yet so I can't be sure, but it doesn't look or feel that bad. I should've been more clear about that in my original post.

My local store had zero on shelf, apparently what stock that wasn't pre-ordered they left in stock room if anyone asked which two people did and then said that was it they had.
Here's hoping my UPS order comes in fine (would be a first)

I'm in the exact same situation as you. Customer service desk at the store knows me because I'm there so much. Everyone thought it was odd that the pre order status hadn't changed but there was nothing they could do.

They told me a ticket was in place and they stashed a copy for me and said they would be in touch when it was ready.

Absolutely frustrating experience... I just drove to another store 20 mins away and paid for my copy. I DID NOT want to risk this selling out.

I can't believe a pre order isn't a sure thing. WTF, Best Buy...

I wonder if this ISPU issue is only with the B2G1 promos that Knives Out turns out to be the “free” item.

Those that have successfully completed ISPU, was your order part of the B2G1 deal, and if so, was it the free item?

call me paranoid here but i have a suspicion Best Buy is not pushing these B2G1 orders through on purpose, mine was also a B2G1 order with Ferrari where I had the same issue
