Please let me know how your order goes.

I placed an original order about 5-7 years ago and liked the product.

I placed a second order that came in with packaging/box all messed up with some of the product missing and had a very difficult time getting anything back from them.

I placed a third larger order and never received the package. I finally had to get my credit card company involved for a refund as communication was difficult and was not getting replies back.

Unfortunately, I still really need another 200-400 steel shells for my Steelbooks but am a little leary to place another order with them.

I looked up their site and it seems like ordering 200 is the MAX as the DHL shipping charges on the 400 pack is more than triple than the 200 pack.

I hope your order shows up for you.

If this is regarding blu-steels, I did get my order!

Took 2 weeks for the product to ship, without a reply to my email, but once shipped, it arrived within 10 business days.

I use Malko protectors. They fit with the J-Cards in and everything, a bit snug but great shipping/packaging and a fair price. They even come individually wrapped in a thin layer of plastic that you can peel off, quite satisfying.

Probably high demand. It does say new stock due July 2021 (at least for the SC2)

I believe their stock is manufactured in China. Usually only certain more popular items sell out such as the SC2 so it seems strange all the slipcovers are sold out

I know he does restrict the quantities on items running low just to make sure one person doesn't clear them out, although you can order multiples of the lower quantities but this can work out more expensive

I just received my first order of Steelbook Protective Sleeves from RetroProtection.

I'm extremely impressed, and love them! Can't recommend them enough, and I will be ordering more from them in the future for sure! Great product, and very happy with my purchase.

FOLLOW-UP: I only ordered 25 sleeves, but I only have 19 Steelbooks. I decided to see if I could fit anything else, and I was able to put some of my Arrow titles with Slipcovers into them perfectly, and even the Shout! Factory Bill & Ted 3-Disc Set with the slip, which is a little snug, but still fits nicely and is protected. They even fit Criterion cases perfectly. After trying them out, I've pretty much made up my find I'm going to try and encase the majority of my collection after doing this. I used to collect Laserdisc and always bought sleeves for them, and I see no difference in now doing the same thing with my Blu-ray's and 4 UHD, especially ones with slipcovers. These things are amazing!!!

has anyone used something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Edvision-Plas...dp/B08QS1GPZZ/

basically a ziplock bag, i hadn't thought about that, but it could work too, just toss them into ziplock bags hahaha.

but i prefer this vs. adhesive mess.

Looking for a good source for the thicker style blu-ray steelbook sized Poly Bags. I bought a couple hundred few years back on eBay. Have not seen those since everything I see is the cheap thin DVD sized. Helping a friend out they want the bags tried talking them into some of the better options.

Try this seller. This listing accommodates multiple sizes of DVD/Blu-Ray bags:

Hi

I am new to all this an not a collector, as such, but have just manage to grab one of the new Blade Runner MantaLab releases as it is my all time favourite film. Am I right in saying SCF4 is the right size? The description suggests it is for double lenticular full slips but I went for the single lenticular.

Also are the dimensions available? I am hoping they might also fit the recent Arrow Limited Edition boxes as I have quite a few of those.

Cheers

Hello fellas,

I was wondering if there's a place that offers clear slipcovers like the ones that came with Best Buy's Evil Dead 1 & 2 4K UHD and Halloween 4K UHD SteelBooks. I just picked up Arrow's Dune Deluxe 4K UHD set and the contents are quite loose in the slip box so I figured a slipcover over the SteelBook might solve that problem.

I absolutely love the Lionsgate style protective slip covers with the open ends on the top and bottom. They fit real snugly which takes lets space on my shelves rather then the full box type protective covers. I haven't been able to find this style. I'm not even sure if they make this style for sale. Does anyone know if this style is available anywhere? And if so where? I'm in the US.
Thanks for your help.

Thank you. I did look there, but I couldn't find them the first time around. I took a closer look at the entire site based on your response and did find them. So Thank you Again!
