It was worth it, it's a quality documentary so Don't feel bad. I paid close to $40 when it first came out if I remember correctly. (But my copy came with the bonus disc which I assume yours is missing)

I haven't opened it yet but I don't believe it has it. That's what stings. I can't believe I could have gotten it cheaper AND with the bonus disc. I checked so many different sites before I finally placed the order. I don't know how I didn't see this preorder.

Listing says 2 Blu-rays....Now if the bonus disc is in HD, that's really going to sting for those (myself included) that paid around $30 for the CLM website exclusive when it was first released.

The bonus disc was originally just a DVD.

^ Um... correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the feature spread across 2 blu-ray discs? I received 5-discs with mine, 2 blu-rays (feature film) + 2 DVDs (feature film) + bonus DVD.

I would imagine this release is just the 2 blu-ray discs from the original set.

As for the contents of the new release, it will contain two discs with nothing new added to the show that was originally sold in 2013. I'm just glad I have the original Blu-ray set w/ extra bonus disc, and signed by a few of the Cast and Crew from the films:

Damn, now i'm not gonna feel pissed, as I recently got this thing for $30 too. It would've really stung if this had the bonus disc AND was cheaper. Phew. Also doesn't hurt those who do have the bonus disc.

I ordered the re-release. I never knew this went out of print. Almost picked this up when the Friday the 13th tin came out a couple of years ago. Glad I can get this documentary cheap instead of the eBay OOP scammers.

I have the web-exclusive 5-disc set. But I'm not an elitist snob collector. If this cheaper reissue included the bonus disc, I would have no problem with it. "Ohs noes, something I paid good money for a couple years ago is cheaper now!!1" Grow up, it happens with "real world" items all the time. More stuff should be available to more people, not the other way around.

Just ordered this today. Hope it's good. I was lucky enough to snag the book a little over a week ago for $25 bucks used with about 10 or so signatures in it. Can't wait to compare the doc to the book.

I received the new BD-only release today and it's just the two BD's. No features, besides the commentary, are included. It's identical to the previous release, only without the DVD's.
