When is there not a Going OOP salw with Shout?

I was going to make a separate topic for this but not sure if it's worth it for just 1 item:

Full Moon has a new 10 bluray set that is normally priced $169.50 on sale for $50:

The Strange Invaders and Unknown Worlds set. Signed by Charles Band and limited to 200 units. Blurays in this set include:

Attack of the 50 Foot Camgirl
Crash
End of the World
Giantess Battle Attack
Island of the Fishmen
Robot Wars
Shadowzone
Shrunken Heads
The Day Time Ended
The Resonator


It looks like it's just all the normal blurays wrapped together in a cube shape with a signed paper. Not a bad deal for anyone new to Full Moon and doesn't own any of these yet or only owns a title or two from this set. I own half the titles unfortunately so I'll be passing:

I am a member and got no email. Pretty sure it is past 1AM PST now.

Update: Maybe the system knows I am a member. Just checked ther GOOP prices - they seem VERY low right now. Some below $9 for me.

Yeah I got an email from them promoting it. I only had one of the titles (Robot Wars although I do have the MST3K version of Day Time Ended) so I ordered. Shipping was a very reasonable $3.99 and no tax.

What was kind of bizarre - after I checked out a pop-up offered a second copy for $47. I clicked on "decline" and then it offered the second box for $45! I clicked on "decline" again and it went back to the checkout screen.

So if anyone wants two or has a friend, apparently you can get a second set for $45. That still misses free shipping tho.

I just bought from the last month's oop sale (using shout10 which only works once looks like), but this one had different discs that I want, arg. But the extra %5 for members means you can't use your cash credits in addition, so it kind of chaps my a** but I put an order in, let those credits build up I guess?

Of all the labels whose sale notices and newsletters I subscribe to, Shout is by far the most aggressive. I must get at least three promotional emails from them everyday. And each one seems to start with the announcement that JFK is going OOP!

Really misleading the way Shout promoted this sale. It's not a bad sale, but the email could/should have been a lot clearer that they're only giving members an extra 5% off the advertised prices. I wasted an hour putting together an order large enough to hit free shipping of titles I'm passively interested in at best, just to discover the end price wasn't even the lowest I've seen for several. I wasted close to half an hour thinking I was only getting 5% off because I was a "free tier member" just to ultimately conclude there is no other tier than free. Though, I can only assume they have plans to change that at some point. I'd probably still order one or two titles, if I could mix the order with some new releases and/or preorders for free shipping that my rewards could be applied to. But I don't think their system can do that.

Of course, their email with the actual link to the sale, also has the sale running Feb 25-27, which I assume was their last GOP promo.

I’m also a member who didn’t receive an email, but I don’t believe I’m seeing “VERY low” prices. I only see one title below $9, what are a few of the prices that you’re seeing?

Just sort by price, low to high. Not saying there are great films at low prices, but many of these are <$15, which is the lowest I have seen them.

One of the best things about this one is their store exclusive reissues are part of it too. Stuff like Attack of the Crab Monsters, Day The World Ended, and Space Truckers.

Also, the code SHOUT10 stacks with the deal for an extra 10% off
