From that point on, we saw everything on BD and DVD. Prior to that, they only got the rights for BD on films they thought would be successful. Then they realized BD was very successful and went full steam ahead. So, long story short, and anyone can correct me if I am wrong, everything that was negotiated prior to September '10's slate that isn't on BD would have to be re-negotiated at some point. |

Is there a non-standard Blu-ray worth those prices? I would think the Blu-ray disc of a well regarded movie receiving top-notch treatment being in very short supply would qualify something as non-standard. I wouldn't pay those prices--I don't like that movie enough to pay $25 for it--but obviously someone is.

Yes. It's better to go with unconfirmed. Although, the way the list is shaping those 2 won't be in the top 10 more than likely.
