I didn’t make anything up. It’s just that it’s been a year and a half.

I moved on from that. A year and a half is a long time.

I apologize if I came across as being hostile . I just don’t believe in holding on to things unless it’s something serious and ongoing, like home wrecking.

There’s a person in Hollywood that has an ongoing problem with home wrecking, like an ex girlfriend of mine, who’s not in Hollywood, of course . I’ll private message you the details.

Ok. You seem to be at Roosevelt Field quite often so I figured your vanity plate discoveries were a frequent topic of discussion. What would have been great is some documentary evidence like a picture. Kind of like UFOs, many people believe they exist but are more convinced with pictures.

I crashed pretty hard after work since I'd only gotten about 2 hours of sleep in 24 hours but I'm back up and now I'm hungry. I'm debating whether I should eat at Chili's or not. I'm planning to go out of town this week so that will be about $75 in gas right there. For now, I've chosen to not pay my auto insurance 31 days in advance like I had planned. That will definitely leave me enough money for my $15 meal at Chili's

Having trouble falling asleep and it's worrying me because I'll be getting up in less than 3 hours to get ready to head to work for a 9.5 hour shift (including the time it takes to get to work via lightrail/bus).

In the meantime, a beauty and a beast that I saw yesterday. The Bronco was nearly $100,000 I think. Obviously it wasn't the base trim Looks badass and IMO, the Tellurides are sexy

[Show spoiler]
One of the biggest reasons Ford sales are at an all time low by far is because they charge $50,000 to $150,000 for regular duty vehicles that should be $25,000 to $75,000, all depending on how they’re equipped. Currently being the most disposable and most expensive to fix regular duty vehicles on the market are also reasons for Ford’s record low sales that I described

But yes, that Bronco is a looker, but it should be $50,000 equipped like that, not double that price.

Even if it was half the price, I still couldn’t afford it

Civic holy crap I was about to skip the second paragraph head into a post congratulating you on your new Bronco..

Fight my best friend's father when I was like 10-12 bought a brand-new Yugo, I think the msrp was just a bit under 3k. Was not all that long ago we actually had affordable new vehicles here, was like mid to late 80's. Heck I had friends in high school that bought cars for 50 bucks that ran and drove legally for years.

mcrowell what time will it be ready?

lol wouldn't that be nice? It still baffles me that there are jobs out there that pay enough to where people could easily afford a $100,000 vehicle.

It still baffles me that people/companies will pay $80 million to musicians so they can record and make records. That's more than some athletes make.

I've become a lot more impressed with professional athletes since I started running 8 years ago.

Southwest Airlines sent me a feedback request after they refused to compensate me following that delay during my last trip. So I gave them bad scores all around, not that I expect anyone to read the results.

I thought they were going to compensate you?!American Airlines did that to me and I cut up their credit card and never flew on their crappy airline again.

This is what I went through a few years ago.
-flying to Orlando in the evening. Flight was canceled but they got me on the 5:30 flight the next morning. Ok…well that works I thought. Rather than going home and waking up at 3am I stayed over at a hotel.
-next morning the flight was “delayed” for pilot rest…? It kept getting bumped. We did not leave for 7 hours and I was just going to Philly for a layover. A lot of people started freaking out and talked about driving to the airport. It’s about 2.5 hours
-finally get to Philly and the plane is delayed. We finally board but we’re not pushing out onto the runway. The pilot says the plane failed the check and they need a part. Ok…well better on the ground than up in the air. Pilot says they’re trying to get the AC truck to cool the cabin down being that it was July as they had to power the entire plane down. Truck was unable to give us air so we sat for a good hour before the pilot said we had to deplane. WTF
-sat in the terminal for several more hours. They brought us food which is never a good sign. Then they said our flight was canceled and no other planes would be going to Orlando that day. The person at the gate said we would be refunded. Everyone rushed to customer service to rebook and it took hours in line.
-SO i had to stay over at another hotel. Apparently the airline was supposed to pay but they never did. They put us up in some crappy radisson that wasn’t updated since the 80s. We never got reimbursed it was all bs.

So it took 2.5 days to get to Orlando and it turned into a mini vacation and not a full one. Such a dumpster fire of a trip.
I sent an email to AA and it didn’t do any good. Sorry is all I got.

Last time they did, guessing they just didn't wanna this time. I hate flying but driving to and from Minnesota is not realistic from New Mexico. Waiting to see if we move before I decide whether or not to get tickets to Minneapolis for Surf the Murph.
