The day before yesterday I received my Ghostbusters 3D from the UK I bought Rarewaves on eBay. Not having to deal with the trashy customs is a bliss.

Loved the slipcover. Rough touch with glossy picture, title and ghost logo.

Still didn't watch it. But I will... I want to watch those frame breaks and 3D.

Frame breaks are really fun, something I'd like to see done in some 2D films even (a la the Avatar 2 commercials).

It's a non-lenticular slip?

Yes, non-lenticular. The slipcover looks like an journal paper or recycled paper, then it has some gloss for the things i've indicated.

Speaking of lenticular slipcovers, I just picked up The Smurfs again, I love the depth on that one. I also picked up The Smurfs 2 again, that one never had a lenticular slip unfortunately (not in the UK, anyway).

I have three copies of each film now, they aren't worth much (I just paid £1 for the pair) so I'm really just keeping the spares to cannibalise for the transparent cases.

I wish all 3D movies came in clear cases. Clear, blue and black would look nice. Steels would still do their own thing.

Today I received The Secret Life of Pets. Amazing lenticular slipcover totally new at a ridiculous price with shipping from the U.K, almost 5€ on eBay.

Just again watched Ghoul.

Near reference quality 3D. Great stationary depth, video detail and color saturation.

It's also an interesting horror story. Highly recommended if you can find it.

Mine is put away in storage, so can’t confirm, but I thought my Smurfs 2 was lenticular, and info this site says it was initially released with one (US) .

Edit: yup. There is a listing on eBay with lenticular slip

surprise pick up today. I went to a local video store and they had this. asked how much it was and 11$cad was the price. picked up 3 other 2d Blu-ray title for 2.50$cad each and upon paying, I was charged 15.50$cad total. so in reality, I paid much much less. good for me !

I bought the first just for Sofia Vergara in 3D…. Then had to buy the other 2 to be complete. I’ve never watched them though.

Hi Waverboy

I can take the "Bait".. But glad I have both.

___________

Well decided to again watch it and can say Bait is Great! Excellent 3D and picture quality and a new take on the shark bite. Highly recommended.

Also just ordered a used copy of Step Up Revolution for under six dollars total.
It gives new meaning to the phrase “Pickup in aisle 4.”

Just repeated the 2016 Russian animated Sheep and Wolves. A charming story with pleasant 3D. Region B with English audio. Recommended.

There was also a 2019 3D sequel sheep and wolves: pig deal. Only 3D Blu-ray I can find comes from Sri Lanka so know to avoid that.

The sequel came out officially in Germany but with no English audio or subtitles. But even if the Sri Lankan bootleg does have English I still wouldn't consider it worth buying.

It has English & German DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio tracks. And it's Region Free! (Or at least Region A friendly.)

Jurassic world-Dominion, a mixed bag for me with this title. As already discussed I found the 3D to be quite good in places with decent depth but very flat in others almost 2D. Also I found this one quite dark with the active glasses. Still I’m glad RSM made this available though!.

Do you own it? The back cover only states a German audio track and no English subtitles.

Edit: I just saw the user review and am wishing I bought this back when it was cheap, but at least it's still available...

The back cover for Sheep and Wolves 2....er...I uploaded it 12 hours ago. (As you and others discovered, it has errors). Around the same time, I uploaded the back cover for Sheep and Wolves 1.

Swiped them from jpc.de, who coincidentally have both in stock:
