Paramount still does, and HBO. If you're clearing out old sheets you probably have some Lionsgate and Universal codes that do as well.

Paramount codes do both. Universal codes for releases before sometime earlier this year do, I think the same is true for Lionsgate.

The second one (Extended) was VUDU only, the first one has VUDU AND iTunes.
