To me looks spot gloss from the video, so you confirming is glossed? That’s awesome!

I received mine today (the earliest ever!). It has a very thin layer of gloss - more like between gloss and matte (dull gloss?). In addition, the silver-colored highlights, such as on the shield and scratches on the art, are kind of extra shiny or reflective. It looks nice, though.

My copy arrives today in perfect condition. I was hesitant at first given the $40 price tag but this is a beautiful steel. Will sell the code and the Blu-ray to defray some of the cost.

This is a good way of putting it, its definitely not full gloss but certainly not matte.

That's one good looking Steelbook. Hope it doesn't have the type of glossy surface(?) that picks up fingerprints- that's the reason I don't pick up Steels, really.

I have to wait a few extra days to get my copy but I can't wait until I'm able to replace my old copy with this awesome SteelBook. My fingers are crossed by the end of this year I'll have Phase 1 through 3 in SteelBooks.

At first I was like, "There is a line through Cap's face!," then I realized that everyone has that.

It's also on the Best Buy pic too. I guess I never focused on it until I saw it first hand.

I had the exact same reaction. I was just about to rip off the shrink wrap when I saw it... came here only to realize it's normal. Not sure how I feel about it. I mean, I get why its like that, but did they really have to have a line across his face?

Got mine in today. Don't know what happened I used to get new releases on Mondays but the last 4 or 5 have been delivered on Saturday, I hope this streak continues. Tiny paint chip on the edge below the spine but I can live with it.

A tiny bit of a gap in the left side of the spine there as seen in my attached pic (tiny bit more than I'm used to seeing), but besides that, everything looks great!

Would you guys be concerned - worth exchanging? I have one for ISPU anyways I placed in case of damage and knowing the demand with this will be high.

I've received some BB steels with that gap. I hope that won't be the case with this one.

It's not a huge deal to me, but with a Disney/Marvel one, I am just thinking I might want a mint copy.

Not sure if I'll keep it or exchange it.
