For international customers how much is the actual shipping for this bonus disc?

Because on the website for the extra disc of extras it says on the FAQ you will be invoiced accordingly prior to shipment?

Like huhhh so when us folks outside America order this disc for $13 do they not add the shipping cost there & then at checkout time?

I have not ordered it yet but for those that have so have you not got the info how much it is to ship to your country yet?

Im thinking could i be asked some crazy shipping cost after i pay the $13 for the disc.

Abit of a odd way to go about selling a simple disc to people.

Watching long stretches of the DVD version of Crystal Lake Memories now, I think the only thing I care about looking HD (therefore: the idea of paying over $20 for the Blu-Ray set...) are the still photographs that pop up during the narration and the cast interview audio.

But the stills (from the productions, on the sets), images of posters, behind the scenes photos look good enough on DVD. I don't think I'm paying to upgrade. (Unless it becomes maybe $10 at some point.)

Has the bonus disc shipped?

I ordered it, paid through PayPal, never entered any other info, never got a confirmation email except from PayPal and am now wondering when I will receive it.

From what I've heard they're supposed to start shipping out on the 13th.

I just received an email stating that my order for the bonus disc is processing and orders will start to ship out within 7 business days.

Just got an email saying they are getting ready to ship the discs and will be getting in contact again soon with additional shipping costs for us outside the US.

Really happy they decided to ship outside the US, I guess they got enough interest to change their mind.

I am in Canada and the cost for shipping is $13USD. They send you an email asking you to confirm if you want the additional charges. I said sure but still no update on shipping it or nor have they taken the charges from my account.
