I did the final battle either at 19 or just at 20 with a Sunsinger Warlock.

Three "bosses" in the final battle, a bit of adds. Ultimately it's kinda like doing that moon strike final boss. Use the geography to keep the boss directly out of line of site, clear immediately threatening adds for ammo, and play hit and run.

Going toe to toe is suicide, but if you take you time with it the final boss isn't impossible.

i dont know if i did or not. but i did just about the whole thing alone. ive had maybe 5 people join me since last tuesday. i did get a cinematic at the end of some mission.

I finished all of the story missions by myself. It can be done, just don't run into areas. Take your time and clear out enemies as you go and you should be ok.

You can totally finish the game solo, except Strikes of course. Some mission bosses may be harder than others. I must have died about 20 times against Draksis since it too place in a rather confined space with a lot of his minions swarming me. Plus his attack was to just step on me like a bug...

I accidentally finished the game out of order and played the last mission while there were two others left Then there was an ending, and I wasn't even sure if that was the end. I guess since they plan on supporting and adding more it's not really an ending but "a beginning."

I did get a sweet gun out of the deal, though.

I accidentally finished the game out of order and played the last mission while there were two others left Then there was an ending, and I wasn't even sure if that was the end. I guess since they plan on supporting and adding more it's not really an ending but "a beginning."

I did get a sweet gun out of the deal, though.

Agreed about the strikes, for me the Moon was the worst. Venus and Mars strikes were fine, but that may also be because I was a high level along with the rest of the fireteam.

I have now finished all strikes and almost done with the story, got 1 or 2 more story levels left on Mars.

Don't know why but it's taking ages to find 12 guardians for crucible. Only took a few seconds to find a match last week now it's taking up to a minute

Thanks. Even though I've been playing Destiny a lot, I still have a tendency to play it like I'm using Rhino in Warframe and go in running and gunning, basically trying to get right in the middle of all the action. After dying a few times (or several), it eventually dawns on me that I need to be patient and work my way through it. Patience isn't always my strong suit though but by now I should realize that brute force rarely works in Destiny. Even trying that on the lower levels, especially the public events, I'll frequently get myself in trouble.

Hmm, this is weird. I can't go to the Tower. Every time I try it disconnects me from the game world with a network error. I can go to the planets just fine though.

Edit: Actually, going to Earth worked at first but half-way through a beacon mission, I got disconnected from the game world so I guess I'll just try it later. Everything else that I've tried works, so I'm not sure why I'm having issues with Destiny.

Ya I soloed the Daily yesterday and tried the weekly heroic solo as well but damn 3rd wave of Wizards did not cooperate. I didn't have much time last night since wife wanted me off early but I will give that one another go tonight. Just need to stay away from them pesky floaters.

Only ranked 7 at the moment. Didn't play the Beta so came into this game blind. Still have very little clue what the hell I'm doing. Mostly doing the story missions outside of one bounty I did. I feel like it is really hard to play this solo. Know you guys are saying it can be done but I probably don't have the chops to be able to pull it off as am no FPS expert. I am still using my level 3 auto rifle. Am not clicking at all with the other guns.

Going to take me a while to rank up which is fine but it does make me wonder about co-operative play for missions. Not sure how many players out there want to be doing the Earth and Moon missions with some low level. I feel like I only see people ranked 20 and above or complete newbies who probably just got the game that are ranked 3rd.

I know NARMAK has, think they're both past lvl 20 too!

Myself, I've just worked on one. Maxed out Voidwalker subclass on my Warlock and almost finished his second subclass too.

Need more legendary gear to boost me up to lvl 26+. Just finished getting the 500 void damage for my Exotic. Took me about 10 rounds of Control so asn't too bad.

I just need to go back to the Summoning Pits now and get that sub boss to spawn.

Does anyone know if it can be done on the easiest difficulty or have you go to do it on Hard? It doesn't specify on game, so I assume you can just do it on the normal difficulty?

One of the achievements is complete raid without anyone dying, sounds impossible when that group died like 300 times.

We just did that mission. You basically kill all the mobs that soawn and leave phogoth alobe. Then a wizard called 'something The Unwed' spawns and you kill her. Then you've completed bounty and can leave without killing phogoth.

I have a level 20 and a level 5 as secondaries. I kinda stopped working on my 3rd for a hit so I could get my main char raid ready. My friends and me are hoping to beat it soon.
