Punch, Punch, Laser Blast, oh no Godzilla/Kong is dead. Nah they were just pretending more punching and axing. People stand around or get in the way and are crushed. Someone will make a sacrifice of some kind, and all the parents will be terrible for letting their children anywhere near these monsters.

Right? I know someone IRL who reads the entire Wikipedia page of a movie before seeing it. I asked him why he does this and he just shrugged and told me he doesn't like waiting to find out what'll happen.

There are some movies I'll read into more, to hopefully increase my interest (Halloween Kills is one example)...but there are other movies I know I'll want to see so I try to go in as blind as possible (which is why I dont go into the Scream thread anymore lol)

Reading spoiler articles, watching tv spots/ clips does nothing to diminish my enjoyment of a film. In fact it adds to the overall excitement factor, and being surprised by stuff that hasn't leaked out when I finally watch the film is the icing on the cake.

, but I am already anticipating endless (annoying) debates about it. Maybe not to TLJ or BvS levels. Fingers crossed.

I'm hoping, we'll get Alexander Skarsgard or MBB saying, "______ won" just to clarify for us. /s

Those things are obvious. I'm talking about unknowns like who wins, who dies, how it happens, plot twists, etc.

For example when I saw Wrath of Khan I had no idea

It was such a shock. Had I known going in it would have tremendously diminished the movie for me. It's things like that that I'm talking about. In this case I wish I didn't know

I agree with an earlier poster, something tells me neither iconic monster will truly die, it's like throwing away the opportunity to make more films ($) with one or both (ahem, as in a "rematch" follow up, especially if this one is a hit). Don't get me wrong, I do believe their tag line of one will fall (lose) in this movie - but that doesn't have to mean death.

Just because neither die doesn't mean there won't be a definitive winner. Like Godzilla can win, he doesn't need to decapite Kong to do so lol

I doubt one will be the clear winner, much less leading to death. Case in point, Freddy v. Jason; I remember the commercials/posters stating only one can be the winner. It is all commercialism; if Freddy wins and Jason dies, then Jason fans will be upset. Not to mention no more Friday the 13th movies. The same would happen if Freddy dies and Jason wins.

The same thing with Godzilla vs Kong, no one can actually win because that'll mean no more Godzilla or King Kong films.

Strange, the bottom pick shows no tail yet the top pic clearly shows that there is something long between his legs. Which can only mean one thing.

The toy is missing the tail.

The tails you have to attach. they are in a blister pack on the bottom or on the back. I'm collecting the toys for my sons to play with.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I'm collecting the toys for myself. Hoping this means those figures will hit shelves this spring.

That's not surprising. Most of the larger Jurassic World toys do the same thing. (otherwise, the packaging would be way too big.)

P.S. It sounds like your sons are going to be very happy.

Are they as excited for the movie as we all are?
