The best superhero film is The Return of Captain Invincible.

It is the best movie Marty ever made. It is also one of the best 3D movies ever made. I call him Marty because we are best of friends.

They are ranked thusly (and this is gospel):

1982>1951>Cataract surgery>2011
Honestly though for a modern horror franchise film I think the 2011 film isnt half bad but I think it highlights that Carpenters film was much more than a monster slasher.

I think I-Robot is a decent movie, and is better than it's given credit for.

I know it's not accurate to the book. And I have my own problems with it, mostly to do with the villain, the villain isn't that interesting.

But with that said, I view this as a pretty decent movie overall.

I enjoyed it for the most part but didn't have the urge to rewatch it. As far as sci-fi films that tackled that subject in the past decade or two, I preffered Automata with Antonio Banderas a lot more.

I hope one day they release the alternate version with the practical effects restored.

They used a lot of great practical effects on that movie, but it was covered up with cgi at the request of the producers.

That reminds me. Ex Machina is a movie I've been planning to watch for a while.

Something like Soul should be up my alley but man does it look boring.

Animation isn't dead though. Wes Anderson is killing it was his two features. The autuers working over in Japan such as Mamoru Hosoda and Makoto Shinkai are slaying it in the anime genre.
I recommend Kubo And The Two Strings. It's a stop motion adventure movie. Trust me it's really good, I personally wish I saw it in theaters.

Kubo is excellent. Puts almost all Pixar to shame.

Multiverse stories should basically be told out of the main universe, or at least not have it play a crucial role in the universe (unless it's a soft reboot).

Hot Take: Kubo and the Two Strings is overrated. It's good but I was expecting more with all the hype built around it.

Love and Thunder is getting a divisive reception and Ragnorock was pretty much loved. I don't see much difference between the two movies. They are both as goofy as each other so why are people turning on Love and Thunder?

I really hope we get a serious Thor movie someday.

People liked the 3rd one because they say it's an improvement over the 2nd one. It's also quite noticeable of a tone and style change.

But just maybe the third Thor was medicore and people didn't notice.

Grain of salt since I'm a Marvel hater.

Gary Busey was in one heck of a crazy movie called Wild Texas Wind. He plays the abusive boyfriend to Dolly Parton's character. BOY, what a crazy, weird movie.
