I decided on the Best Buy Steelbook, so I went over to get BB & TDK Steelbooks. I really wanted to get the BB digital copy. When I downloaded the digital copy, it gave me the option of downloading The Dark Knight Reborn, 7 minute preview. To my surprise, it turned out to be the 2 hr 45 min full length film that releases soon!

No idea. I thought it was just the 7 minute preview of the documentary as it is labeled. I think there was a mix up. It's streaming only. No ability to download. The quality is excellent on a mobile device and good on a computer. The only thing that sucks about the digital downloads is that it eliminated the IMAX shots. The ditital downlads through iTunes preserved them. Doesn't matter, I'll have the blu-ray to stream in my home theater!

it was the itunes? have you tried flixster or vudu? sometimes vudu gets some warner bros titles early.

since you are on flixster. there isa way to watch it on vudu with the ultraviolet. I was able to combine the accounts together with ultraviolet so I can watch it on vudu on my home theatre in the main room.

The one vudu movie I have doesn't show up in flixster. I'm new to UV but I don't think vudu & flixster can merge accounts yet. I merged my UV & vudu accounts.

you can merge the accounts through UV.

So, my Dark Knight Reborn 7 minute preview from this summer has switched over to the full Rises digital copy as well. Nice.

Damn, I have a BB steelbook that I opened without the Reborn preview, but I have another sealed with it that I was planning to resell. Not sure what to do

thanks for trying. it might take a while. I remember when I did the amazing spiderman a few weeks ago. it was several hours later until it appeared on my vudu account. its still possible.

The UV code that came with my copy of BB is working too despite the Reborn preview not being advertised on the front. I guess all UV copes that come with BB/TDK steelbooks will net you TDKR? Anyway this is awesome, downloading it now

Anyone else see Best Buys add? It says the download you get of the doc for pre-ordering this week is "35 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage from The Dark Knight Reborn Documentary in HD via CinemaNow". That means it's not the complete doc and that the full one still might be a bonus disc, yeah?

Edit: At the very bottom in the fineprint it makes it sound like its the full doc (35 minuts? really? Lame.). But it also says "Physical copy available on 12/4/12". Digital copies arent physical.

I had problems as well. I would contact UV.. they can help you through it.
