i have 1 of each character.....but my warlock is the only one worth playing with.

my hunter and titan are lucky my warlock is so generous, he let's them fight over all of his leftovers.

I've got a trials bounty taking up space in my inventory and I only need to win 7 more rounds to finish it off.

I'd like to finish the bounty off quick....if anyone is esp good at trials and would be willing to drag my sorry @$$ through those last 7 rounds, I'd appreciate it.

so I've turned in 2 full candy satchel's......but haven't gotten the shader yet.

anyone else have this issue??

the new blue one? Did you complete the quest line? The shader comes from the gifts of the lost or whatever the item is called that you get when you complete the quest.

There's also a green shader that should drop when you do a crucible match and a purple one when you open a strike horde.

which quest line?? I thought the blue shader came in the candy satchel you can buy once you trade a full one in??

the purple one that she gives you when you first visit her.

Step 1
Complete 3 public events wearing Tiger mask
Collect 12(?) engrams wearing Cryptarch mask

Step 2
Score 30 kills in crucible wearing green engram mask

Step 3
Complete heroic strike wearing The Speaker mask
Complete a Stolen Rune wearing Traveller mask


If you didn't accept it, you should check the kiosk.

This was posted on Reddit:

"Sea of Tears Shader IS NOT 'bugged'. It is RNG like the other 3 shaders. Each preview of gear from a Vendor will say 'guaranteed' but it doesn't mean in THAT drop - Looks as though confusion arose as the Shader stands alone in its section"

also don't forget to trade your raisins in for the awesome black shader. The best all-black shader that Destiny has put out yet.

I'm on the last part of that quest.......I didn't realize the shader came when you finished. the way the candy satchel thing read, I thought you got it when you got one of those instead of masks.

I should have it tonight then.

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain I got it when I completed the quest. Though I do not rule out the possibility that that was a random coincidence of RNG, since I was also turning in a full satchel at that time.

I got Sea of Tears for turning in my first full bag of candy. What I'm having trouble with is the Candlelight shader. I must've opened 5 strike hoard chests and nada. I'm really hoping to get it, I like it better than the green shader.

got that sea of tears shader last night finally. finished off the 2 quests I had for the festival then traded in my bag of candy......got it from the bag. 3rd times a charm I guess.

is anyone looking to get into a normal raid tonight?? we should have 4 guys and are looking for 2 more. I haven't actually finished the raid yet, but have played every part up to this point.
