I haven't played this in months, but the hype trailer/main trailer's with Cayde-6 have me interested again. I'll play anything that has Nathan Fillion doing voice work and I saw they are doing pre-orders at Gamestop and giving away a Cayde-6 figure with it....I need it.

Templar Challenge = no teleports

Atheon Challenge = everyone must destroy one of the six oracles (It's not mandatory, but Atheon can be killed in one cycle, thus making this easier)

I played more on I think Friday. Ended up getting two exotics. I wonder if they increased the drop rates now that its Age of Triumph.

I got the following from 1 hard Crota run:

• Word of Crota (Adept)
• Fang of Ir Yût (Adept)
• Swordbreaker
• Song of Ir Yût
• Unyielding Casque (helmet)
• Tireless Striders (boots)
• That Dam*ed Shroud of Flies (hunter class armor, and that's the official name for it now, I just declared)
• Oversoul's Scream (hunter artifact)
• 2 x Shaders (can't remember which ones they were)

I don't think I've ever gotten that much stuff from one run, hard or otherwise. Although I did use 3 of Coin and that new raid consumable that works like 3 of Coin, so that may have helped. But I would have loved to have gotten a Chevrolet Camaro Hunger of Crota.

And thanks volcomsocal for the run as I wasn't planning on raiding Sunday night when I hopped on.

Slayed Time's Conflux tonight. It took about three hours but it was a lot of fun.

We almost killed all of the Gorgons. We thought there were only eight so after we killed the seventh, we charged the "final" one to be greeted but an extra. Weapons of Light + Tether + Six Void Exotic Swords is the trick.

Anywho, I got the following loot.

Atheon's Epilogue (Legendary)
Correct Measure (Legendary)
Fatebringer (Adept)
Praedyth's Timepiece (Adept)
Vex Mythoclast
Vision of Conflux (Legendary)

Titan Gloves (Legendary)
Titan Mark (Legendary)
Titan Artifact (Legendary)

I also got the Thunderlord (already owned), a Ghost Shell, two Emblems, and six Legendary Engrams.

EDIT: There are apparently 11 Gorgons.

After roughly 3 hours of trying to beat the Templar challenge mode, my group and I finally did it. We tried different strats with different ideas from all guardians, but eventually our last strategy worked super well and super fast. It was a strat that I saw on Reddit yesterday where the relic holder is by himself at the left teleport spot while everyone holds holds down the right teleport spot. Blessings, Weapons, tethers, and spike and vortex grenades got the job done. It was a pain in the ass but well worth it. The Templar's health just melted when everything came together and worked. Now I'm looking forward to completing the rest of the raid.

That's awesome to hear! I've still yet to beat the Templar challenge, but overall I'd like to beat the raid for sure!

I feel like drops are higher in the Featured raid. I ran a Crota tonight and got shafted in drops compared to last week.
