Be careful out there, folks. I just slipped and fell in my driveway, while shoveling snow. Big sheets of ice underneath, and I was unaware. Lesson learned: Let someone else do that crap. I’m sitting here with my left arm wrapped in icepacks.

That’s why you use ice melters and either a big snowblower or small bulldozer for the driveway and a small snowblower for the walkway.

Scraping ice, mixed precipitation and sleet and shoveling snow are tied for one of the most toxic things for the human body and one of the worst forms of body abuse. Nobody should mutilate themselves, especially like that.

I don’t think you would like the following too much: being in a wheelchair, having a heart transplant, having a pacemaker, having prosthetic body parts, permanent physical therapy and, most of all, death at too young an age. This is all from heart attacks or trips, slips and falls, mostly from trips, slips and falls.

We had freezing rain this week and my driveway has been a sheet of ice. Almost wiped out a few times. Def gotta take it slow.

I accidently bought level-7 spicy Vietnamese noodles from Chinatown. So much pain, and I don't look forward to..um..the after effects. Noodles had great texture, and interesting flavor too, well what I can taste of it when my mouth wasn't on fire.

I am suffering through a massive panic attack that I can't shake. Been like this for 4 hours and I feel like I am about to come out of my skin and can't breath.
