I highly doubt you're gonna find people in here, but you never know. I'd recommend Reddit fireteams.

I know it's sooooooo late but I'm on the last step of the Chaperone quest where the Shield Brothers need to be killed by a shotgun. Anyone here willing to help me out? If so, send me a PM. I've tried Reddit and LFG but no luck so far.

ETA: Found a group and got it done.

In case you were wondering (yes, I know it's too late), all you have to do is shoot each brother with a few clips of shotgun ammo and then kill them regularly with whatever weapons you want and it will count.

You'd probably find a fireteam to help on the Bungie LFG for the first game.
