so is this one the hardest to find of the Disney steels so far?

Ontario seems to have not got many. Western Canada seems to have more? Peeps in western Canada have said there's still stores that have them in stock. My local store had all of 2.

I'm not sure if it's the hardest to find, but it has been confirmed to have the lowest numbers produced out of all the Disneys so I suppose so.

If it had the popularity of something like Monster's Inc, then there would really be a problem....

The hardest to get was Snow White (Canadian edition) but's it's also the least sought after.

I was talking to my local FS media girl, and she said unlike all the previous Disney steels, that since Monsters Inc is a brand new release (to North America at least), they've been told they're getting about 100 steels for it. The others like Nightmare, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty etc, were "around 15 or less". Crazy.

Oh well, shouldn't be as difficult for people to find these on release day, so that's good.

That's very good to hear because this is the one I want more than all others. Well, this and the Basterds.

I bought my steelbook of Nightmare on Tuesday. FutureShop had about two boxes of them.

I'm really happy with it. The cover is so much better than the regular Blu-Ray Cover.

Got an email from FS last night saying that my order of NBC steelbook is out of stock and they will ship it as soon as possible.. Strange considering I ordered it in the online pre order and others here did the same and already rec'd theirs.

Same here, I ordered 2 copies, 1 French and 1 english, FS email says both are out of stock but inside FS account, only French version is OOS, English version In Stock but they didn't ship yet this one.

well I cracked last night and opened my copy. I wasn't gonna open it at all, and sell it later down the road. But my kids were really bored last night and I ended up giving it to them to watch. Oh well, I was in the Halloween spirit and my kids were happy so no worries. I definately will be getting rid of my Ratatouille one next week though. Hopefully I can get a dark knight steel for it.

Just got my two copies (one english and one french) in the mail. Crappy envelope packaging, but no damage on either one, as far as I can see.

was just looking on the Future Shop website and noticed qutie a few stores in the GTA have the steelbooks in-stock, anyone actually find any in-store today or was it some web error?

It's probably a web error... you could always order one for in store pickup to try your luck.

I think it is an error. Same thing here in Vancouver - my ISPU order was rejected when I ordered after stock showed up online. Phantom stock, I'm guessing, because after my order was rejected, the system no longer indicated the item as in stock.

Has anyone been able to pick this up in Toronto/Mississauga/Oakville? I dropped by the FS by Dundas/403 and they had no blu-ray steelbooks.
