Looks like we aren't able to order online any longer. Too bad because I was able to place an order last year.

Just a heads up if LD decides to allow ordering the movies again. When the order is first placed, they place a pre-authorization charge on your card for the full balance, which will drop off after a few days. As they eventually ship your orders from the individual stores, you will see the a number of smaller charges that will eventually match the sum of the full order. For the first few few days, your card will have temporary duplicate charges while the pre-authorization is still held.

Sunridge has just a few BDs hiding near CD rack. Christopher Robin, Peregrine, Incredibles 2. Some $5 DVDs of Red Sparrow or Shape of Water.

I got Wrinkle in Time and Paddington 2 for $1.67 each for school.

Just to update for the Calgary crew, Brentwood doesn't have any $5 4Ks left. There are still 3 copies of Incredibles 2 on Blu-ray for $5, and one copy of Shape of Water on Blu-ray for $5. With slips

Has anyone checked out the 32 AVE NE location in Calgary? Was going to stop by but if someone has already checked it out won't bother.

32 AVE Location had some Incredibles 2, a Christopher Robin and a Night to the living Dead Blu rays for $5.

But on the way home I stopped at the Value Village nearby and picked up a Blu Ray copy of Speed Racer so that's a win

I popped in there just before last weekend. Another fella was already there and nabbed 2x 4K copies of the extended version of The Martian & Capt. Underpants I think. I left with Hitman Agent 47 4K.

Snagged a copy of The Batman 4K at the Royal Oak location in Calgary (release date is this upcoming Tues). There was 1 other on the standard 4K shelf. Price was 34.99.

It's not new (?) but Marriage Story BD was in the new aisle at 130th LD yesterday. $39.99 IIRC.

All those previous 4K I mentioned went up to prices such as $28.99.

I wish they'd put a price check scanner in the AV department. I have a feeling many LD titles have lower prices than the sticker. I don't want to bother the salespersons to check prices for me.

They often do, there's been a few times I've gone to price match something with Amazon or Best Buy and it's already in the system at a lower, "matched" price.

Considering how passive people tend to be and/or unaware of the price match policy, they're probably losing out on a lot of sales.

FYI that the Mongrel Media Blu-ray and DVDs that were $1.99 (or 3 for $5) are now 0.99 each.

Previously, I had noticed if you buy 3 of them, I paid $1.99 for the first 2 and $0.99 for the 3rd title.

Mostly "bad" films, but they're good Blu-ray cases (non-eco) if anyone needs replacements.
