There's this little feature if you shake your phone it pulls up a costumer service menu called blue assist that allows you to call or chat with a representative.

I have an iPhone if that helps, and i chatted online with a rep.

eta:i guess you don't have to shake your phone, if you go to the more option theres a link under the services that says "get help from blue assist" which takes you the CS page.

easy peasy PM customer service from BB is some times really good.. but I always had bad experience with target mostly.. tried to get the extrat $5 GC for Martian and 2 separate reps gave 2 separate stupid reasons.. please 2 more orders for it and will cancel the others..

Usually they will appear about 3 to 5 days after the movie has been credited. Or you might have to call and let the know. I would wait for the movie to be credited because sometimes it pops up under it and you don't even notice it till you look. If it has been credited after 10 days after the movie has then I would call. I had one not credit about 15 days after my movie credited. Just have to be patient sometimes.

I wasn't a fan of the steel artwork so I planned on getting the regular version. Walked into bestbuy last night. They had 2 copies of the regular and more than a dozen of the steel. The two regular copies didnt have perfect slips. So I just picked up a steel.
