This is great news! I do like the remastered Blu, but it'll be interesting to see how much of an upgrade the 4K version will be over it.

While this is great news that Disney is releasing both "Heat" & "Speed" on UHD 4K in international regions but where is the U.S. edition release?

I have to assume (or hope) it's going to follow up soon here.

Anyone know if this will be identical to the currently available HDR10 version on digital platforms? I watched this a while back on Vudu and it looked SUPER dark, and this was on an LG C8 with dynamic tone mapping turned on too. Love this movie, but I found this hard to enjoy in 4K as a result.

Nice. Hopefully they boost the audio proper. I always have to turn up the dialogue and turn down the shootouts.

Oh, this too? Fox is reanimating Disney's home video policies?

If we all buy it they will do more. Everyone buy it. Show the fox catalog has value. This was intended to be all caps.

If it's a different grade to what's already available then I'll be verr surprise. But then I never thought we'd get it on UHD at all, so stranger things have happened.

I always turn up the shootouts. One thing I'll never forget from watching Heat in the cinema is how LOUD the central shootout in downtown L.A. was. Never heard anything like it before or since.

Although I’m very happy to see these live action, former fox, now Disney, catalogue titles, on UHD, being released. I’d really prefer Aliens to either one. And speaking of Mann, I really, really want Miami Vice on 4K. But to show my support for our beloved hobby, I will purchase both titles, (if Speed is in the cards) for the overall good of 4K.

No way am I getting rid of the Warners Blu. I didn't hate the Fox remastered BD but it was more the weird compression that pissed me off, if the UHD can rectify that then that'll do me...tho if Disnee put it on a UHD66 it might yet fare worse.
