I don't get the Predators hate either. I'm looking forward to all three.

Ya, they've had some head scratcher recommendations for sure. I've probably spent too many hours looking at all their old reviews on Youtube, but I remember watching their show every Sat. night. Good times.

Fingers crossed that the original movie gets the Blu-ray it deserves!

For me the sequels are just okay.

UK artwork. Could've been worse, but not a Hugh fan of it either.

Will forgive them for the artwork as long as they do the business with the transfer.

I don't know. I like that box art. Makes me want to buy the movie and I don't even like the movie all that much. I have no space for it, but damn if I don't want it now.

Wow, I love that cover, especially with the gray and black. I like how the banner is switched (silver background and black font) compared to typical 4k releases.

How cool would this be? A flip cover with Arnie on the inside?

I think it's shite. Looks like the Predator is posing for the cover of 'Predator Monthly' magazine.

But they could slap any cover on this mofo and i'd still buy it.

If it's cheaper to buy the "trilogy" bundle, I'll probably go that route. Otherwise, I'm just getting the first two. I didn't hate 'Predator$', but I have no plan of ever watching it again.

Clever. But of course since the UHD edition isn't out, there is only one thing to talk about and that's the previous blu-rays that it will be compared to. Or everyone can just post, "Predator trilogy is coming out on UHD someday soon" over and over.

The only copy of this movie i have is this combo pack from the UK

all the predator artwork in the past, have been lazy (like the alien franchise) with predator upclose with no sense of mystery. they need to keep the character hidden, i intend to buy some 4-5 disc 4k case and toss the 4k disc into the above case. was hoping they would go with something more special this time

There is a 4k version/master on iTunes already that has the grain intact so early optimism is that we may finally be getting the release this classic deserves.

I don't mind the cover either. I mean, at least it's art I guess...

For the trilogy - I'm thinking an alluring shot of the Predator reclining in a hammock between two trees. One hand resting casually on his head, the other holding up three fingers.
