The price is absolutely insane, hopefully there is a non-steelbook set coming too. WB aren't even Shout/Kino quality.

I assumed this was going to be a big steelbook set just like the Superman set. I also assume each steelbook will have original poster art and that’s probably why the US of part one didn’t have it.

Hopefully Amazon doesn't drag their feet on getting this listed. I'd prefer to order there if possible to use some giftcards to help bring that price down a bit.

I am 100% certain that a standard edition will follow suit for nearly half the price for those that want to wait a bit longer.

This could be the greatest set that Warner Bros. ever puts out. I’m feeling fairly confident they will follow suite as to what they did with the Superman set and give each film its original artwork.

They botched that release and refused to answer very legit and vocal complaints from reviewers/consumers.

HMV code makes this much more viable (around £22 a movie)

Still annoyed that 'all new artwork' is supposed to be a selling point.

Am I the only one disappointed the remake isn't included?

Like yeah it sucks but it's weird having one odd movie out. And they always excluded movies just because they suck, a lot of box sets would be missing chapters lol

Edit: And no Freddy vs Jason

Maybe Arrow has that one...

The artwork that was on the BD box set years ago is the placeholder for the upcoming one. If I had to choose between that or new art, I'd choose the latter. I can't wait to get rid of that old set.

As excited as I am for this, I'm not going to fall for WB's tricks again. Will wait for the standard (non-steelbook) releases, or some genuine final artwork and contents. If I miss out, so be it, but they have rug-pulled me once too often now to be fooled again. Bad WB, naughty naughty WB.

(I do covet it though, oh so very much, even if I haven't seen any of the films after part 3)

I’m very happy the remake isn’t included. As bad as parts 5 and 6 are the remake is even worse.
