Same here, but I really don't mind the box. It sits on the shelf nicely, and I can rotate the 4 sides to whichever season I am watching at the time

The only issue I really see is that it is really big. I honestly don't understand the whole uproar other than that could have made it smaller. Each disc could have also been held in place somehow but realistically how are they going to the get damaged in those pockets even if they bounce around a little - especially after they get to your house. I have a really big Blu-ray collection and have not come close to ruining any disc yet.

The cardboard holders can be completely removed from inside the boxes. I ordered black CD envelopes with clear windows from Sleevetown.com (http://www.sleevetown.com/black-paper-dvd-sleeves.shtml) and will use these instead. I think envelopes with 4-7/8" height will fit just fine.

The Cover Art for the upcoming movie "The Plan" looks Incredible.
I can not wait until this comes out.

I felt like my best friend had moved way when I finished watching the end of the BSG Series.
Now,at least,I have this incredible upcoming movie to look forward to.

Sorry if this is somewhat unrelated...but does anybody know/have the phone number for Universal's Customer Care line? My season 1, disc 3 blu-ray will not play. This is the first time I've gotten it out of the box. I hate this cardboard packaging.

Anyway, I'm hoping that if I call, they'll send me a replacement disc. Figured somebody here would know the number. Thanks for your time!

That would be deepdiscou**. I've already tried that. They said to contact the manufacturer. I don't even feel like arguing with them; they said I could return it, but told me I'd be waiting a while for a replacement set from them. Anyone who's familiar with DD and their recent sale when it came out knows this to be true, that it really could be a while before I get a new one back. So I still need that phone number for Universal...

yeah, it definitely is very different. I'm used to amazon as well. This is exactly why I almost always order from amazon. Oh well, thanks anyway for the help. No one have Uni's phone number? I've been searching for it this morning, with no luck thus far.

Essentially, yes. The Plan will be a stand-alone feature length movie.

Nice thought; I checked that out as well yesterday. I'm going to keep trying for a phone number before I try that. I don't really feel like I should have to pay a fee to get the disc replaced when the disc wasn't working when I got it. Thanks though!
