So true. I had a package sitting in Brooklyn for 10 days (not it's origin), it just sat there for no reason then all of a sudden it moved and was delivered 4 days later (mind you I live in the same state and it still took 4 days just to travel). So a package that normally would have taken 3-4 days to arrive from it's original destination took almost three weeks to get to me. The USPS is incredibly incompetent.

They had some funny stuff in that launch video. The site looks really good, with nice big pictures and many interesting releases. In the future, here's hoping we get the back photos and maybe some stills for the Blus, but, even without, the site is a huge improvement over the cartel.

For any who haven't checked it out, it is https://darkforcesuperstore.com/ and the Blu-rays are divided into two sections, "New Products" and "Blu-rays". Shipping is free within the continental US, paypal is accepted and you can create an account for order tracking.

Oh, and they have a two-pack of MM Raven Dance and Swinging Barmaids Blus for $39, the two I went there looking to get. Ended up buying more because they had some great titles, including a nice two-for, on DVD, of Aussie Horror.

Merry Christmas everyone and thank you to DF's David and CR's Bill for taking part of your Christmas Eve to do such a fun video (technically two) for people like me to watch while making our choices. Congratulations on the new site to DF and I can't wait to see the new CR store. Great work.

Such a pathetic thing to have to say, but, the best Christmas present I got this year was that sale on the 2-pack of Raven Dance and Swinging Barmaids with free shipping, so thank you to David.

Why do people always give me books I don't want to read, and, therefore, probably never will, and gift cards I will forget to use? I needed a new Bible. I had to pay the $58 for that large print puppy myself, in a family of people who knew I needed one, just so they could give me restaurant gift cards for food I hate.

Gee, I wonder who they expect me to take to the restaurants with me, so I won't be eating the food I hate, that they don't hate, all by myself. Even adult kids suck.

Anybody have a best-present-story, of a friend or family member who actually thought to get you a cool Blu? My best ever, I-really-know-you Present was so long ago it was actually a VHS of a VP movie, The Raven, of all things, the silly magic movie, and I loved it.

The best gift a person could get is cold hard cash - that way they'll spend it on whatever the hell they want. An Amazon gift card is also thoughtful for people who spend their lives there (like me). At work I always make north of $1,000 in Christmas tips and this year was no exception. Most of it will go towards gifts for family members anyway but it helps to soften the financial blow.

I received Zombie 4K and an Amazon Card. Might use it to buy Synapse’s Suspiria, Demons, and Sledgehammer. or wait for prices to drop on some scream factory titles.

LOL Somebody actually bought both iron-on ass DF and CR 'prototype" shirts for $35. So funny. And Terminal Island priced at $27, when a new version is coming from VS in the future. This new superstore, man, good stuff. Also pawning those CHAOS theatrical posters for $29 when he was giving them away with orders for free a few months ago.

I paid 18 for Terminal Island last year and it was totally worth it. I've already watched a few times.

I really enjoy the film myself. Just wanted to let people know there is an assuredly improved version coming from Vinegar Syndrome sooner than later

How soon is sooner? I would double dip, if the quality was high enough, as I have someone who would appreciate the CR as a gift, even though it was used, assuming the new one really is better and arrives while that person is still alive. Here's hoping.... Do we have a release estimate?

I like estimates. I just ordered MM II but I'm still thinking about that estimate for MM I from the other day. Looking forward to it. I would actually be happy with a DVD double feature on III and IV, given the video source limitation, just to complete the DF set.

Yes and I wouldn't pay a cent more than what Hamilton Book are selling them for. Except for Assault on Paradise, which is painfully underrated and under-seen. Sorry I have no affiliation with Vinegar Syndrome, so I can't offer an estimate.
