The goal for me was to order this with the goodies, ideally the first 30 copies. But if I won't be able to order directly (on paper I should be able to but practically I guess not) then I will wait until it's up on amazon.
It's weird because even logged out of their site I'm still shown that weird message, using UK line.

They are almost certainly using an ip checker as that tells them the country the ip address is assigned to.

Second Sight do the same for their U.K. only sales.

Got the quad (I've got the Kronos too), pic and ticket. Delighted!

But again makes a mockery of the countdown!

So what happened with the count down then ? It was still showing at about 15 minutes when the pre-order went live ? So I missed out on the poster. Again !

I was able to order direct from hammer films but had to set to region flag location at bottom of website to United Kingdom GBP £
If you have location set to other country on website page you will see This product is not available in your territory

I will find out in October if my order gets despatched to Republic of Ireland

Separate versions of the standard edition are available to order in both 4K and BD, so they're not waiting for the LE to go OOP.

It evidently went live before the countdown was supposed to reach 0; is that a bit crap or what?

The upside for me was that by being slightly late but still early, I managed to get the repo ticket which of all the freebies was the one that I was most interested in.

Bollocks! Like a sap I waited for the countdown clock and pressed refresh. One second past midday I hit order and got the cinema invite.

I was hoping for the Melvyn Hayes autograph, but this'll do. It might be quite nice as I like the history of cinemas.

But seriously Hammer, stick with the clock properly or don't bother. Some of us have jobs and while my place won't mind me taking a couple of minutes for this at a set time, I can't be sitting here refreshing fifteen minutes in advance. And next time it might go live at 11.40 or 30.

Interesting that they're releasing all 3 versions (LE, 4K SE and Bluray SE) at the same time for this one, which is more like the Second Sight model.

They're probably expecting the LE to sell out quickly enough for them not to have a gap between it and the standard editions.

I think pretty much every release has gone live a bit before the published time so far. To guard against this I started refreshing at 11:30.

Unfortunately I was dealing with a work email at 11:40 which is when it actually went live and by the time I refreshed again at 11:45 the posters had gone. I got both the Melvyn Hayes autograph and the premiere invite added to my order, so happy with that.
