Going by what I have so far from Terror Vision — WNUF, Video Violence 1+2 and End of the Line — would one say Captives BD and Malum 4K feel right at home in my TV collection? Are there any other options I could be convinced to pick up? They announced so much on August 1st that I kinda don’t know what to give serious consideration to. It’s just not financially possible for me personally to sub or collect everything so I want to narrow my focus.

I, for one, am thrilled for Rocktober Blood and all the sources and efforts TV is going through to frankenstein Rocktober Blood. I truly appreciate all the hard work it must be! When VS released Hard Rock Zombies, the same dumbos were rampant criticizing that release and I'm thankful VS were able to stitch together whatever they could and release it anyways.

Again, I praise TV for saving Rocktober Blood in any way they can and really excited for this future release!

It’s nothing at all like WNUF or End of the Line but if you like the VV, there’s a good chance you’ll like Captives from the same director. It’s a home invasion movie where
[Show spoiler]this woman and her two misfit brothers want to force a housewife to watch videotapes showing crimes that her husband committed in his past life.
It’s entertaining and looks good for its age and being SOV.

I think it's reasonable for people to ask and wonder what films were destroyed in the Lionsgate fire. What's crazy is how people on this thread are attacking and mocking me and others for asking about it.

Why are you so sensitive about people asking about this?

I don't my man I think it's safe to assume Brad isn't hiding the super secret location of the Antarctica salt mine where you can find the negatives for Rocktober Blood.

Does anyone know if “Norway” is still available? I was looking for it on their site, but I didn’t see it there.

That’s fair, I’m still curious as to what other Lionsgate titles were affected (appreciate the correct grammar correction on “affected”).

I'm away for a couple of days and come back to... The Rocktober Blood Conspiracy.

Really wish I had thought to look up "Lionsgate Fire" when I had my free trial of newspapers. com. It is kinda weird how Google searches for it turn up nothing at all but I'd say it wasn't a large enough event to warrant a lot of publicity and news coverage, and only affected a very small handful of films.

Films are combustible if not stored properly, and being an indie film, who knows how well kept Rocktober Blood had been over the years before it ultimately landed at Lionsgate. Not saying it was the cause of the fire, but it is possible.

Still though, I'd love to read something about it. Just curious to hear what else, if anything, was affected by the fire.

I spoiler tagged it but didn’t give away any info there that’s not found in the product description of the movie itself on the website.

Pretty sure this sold out. But so did Love and Saucers (back in the OCN days) and they recently brought that back for another round, so you never know.

I’ve already got Captives on my list to get, as I had mentioned. That one was already a certainty. Thanks for the confirmation though.

Ah, interesting. It just feels like VS couldn’t give them away a month ago, and now I feel dumb for not picking up a copy during the sale when I legitimately liked the trailer. I guess I’ll look for a secondary vendor for that one.

Orbit (a great retailer) has Norway in stock with slip for $35. You can get the standard from Amazon but it costs more.

My favorite Terror Vision release (aside from Linnea but they aren't really comparable). Not that I have that many TV releases (yet).

I'd email them or wait a bit to see if the remaining stock gets put back up on their site. Not sure how that works exactly~but there was stock left with OCN at the time it was removed from the VS site

Whoever is complaining about the Rocktober Blood thing needs to calm the hell down. Get over it. The original materials aren't there. Who cares? It's finally getting a legit release.

I would personally rather take a release now than later. If a print shows up later and there's a better release to be made, so be it. But I'd rather have something than nothing.

Brad expressed frustration with people on this message board who asked questions he believes no one should be asking. To an Insider, it’s totally understandable that these kinds of inquiries, which I think are innocent enough and just comes from curiosity, would be considered annoying but this is a message board so there will always be people with inquiring minds wanting to know stuff. Regular members who also appear to be annoyed are just jumping on the bandwagon. People can certainly ask a question but that doesn’t mean it has to be addressed. Simply scroll on down

It’s just objectively interesting what other titles were affected, and not 1 has been mentioned.
