Enjoy the heat wave. They’re calling for 4” here overnight.

I didn't get to see the car for too long. To my eyes it looked like an old model, but I'm no expert (it could very well have been a newer model).

This type of heatwave I prefer as it's been warmer but pleasant, and the temperature has been dropping down to a sensible temperature at night (ie. not humid and muggy).

I am in a lot of pain tonight. No hope of getting any sleep without turning to one of my prescription pain medications, which means I will be in a fog all morning tomorrow.

12:30am and I’m on my first break of my Thursday shift. Thinking about combos. Not jabs, crossed and uppercuts. Im talking BK and Costco, Taco Bell and Costco or Five Guys and Costco. I doubt I’ll go with Five Guys since it’s a bit more. Most likely I’ll go with BK but not sure yet. I could go for some Taco Bell right now.

Thinking how I should get started with some dreaded yard work. SO many sticks and branches to pick up before I can even cut the grass - which has already become quite tall in spots.

Dude...me too. It's a freaking disaster where I'm at and we've been in a burn ban. So many leaves and sticks/branches. Grass isn't up yet. It will take a few weekends to get things looking better.

I think I won the neighbor lottery, they only not just cut down a tree that over hanged my house and theirs, 4k by the way, he is now outside in his father's company cat bucket tonka toy

and has literally in 2 days ripped out a huge ass tree stump from said tree but bulldozed the entire overgrown mess that he is now going to put some nice bushes for privacy. I mean that would have been 7k easy with all the land he has moved around the last few days if i had to pay to do it myself.

I think I am going to at least go get him and his wife a nice gift card or something to a local restaurant or something. Wish i had more to give him but i am strapped with bills I have coming up.

That’s why I live in an apartment, an affordable housing apartment, actually. It makes for a lot less money to spend and a lot less stress to suffer through.

I’d like to get down there as well. The food is supposed to be excellent and the official merchandise/gear = hot commodity.
