Dam... Not really feeling both of these main themes even though kong's theme definitely sounds orchestral. I'll have to wait until the movie comes out so I can see how the music plays out. As far as main theme goes though Bear Mcreary's Godzilla theme still rocks over these by a mile.

In 2014 film we see another Godzilla species named Dagon's fossilized remains so somehow they are born like kong and other species.

And it was MUTO Prime that had killed most of Godzilla species as Mutos are evolded to prey Godzilla's

IIRC Ghidorah is also ancient and the only member of its species (no reproductive organs). Its regenerating abilities probably would allow it to live a long time too without age effecting it. Godzilla regenerates more slowly and even then the Legendary version is covered in scars from the past.

Ghidorah also isnt from earth but from outer space.

Definitely getting this. I have GKOTM but it’s been hard to track down Godzilla and Kong Skull Island soundtrack CD’s

Feels like a missed opportunity to not have shot any of this for IMAX. Was looking for some non-LieMAX theaters in my area that are open, but the closest is hours away. Not sure it's worth the drive, given the constant Scope aspect ratio.
