Perfect faked punt by Oregon results in a 68 yard run. Oregon is in control of this one now.

EDIT - TD Oregon. Ducks lead 23-7 now.

OMG Newton completed a hail mary with no time remaining in the half. What a heartbreaker for South Carolina. 28-14 at the half.

Went from a 1 possession game to a 2 TD game just like that.

Auburn is out to a 42-14 lead. This oen is over. Congrats to Auburn and Oregon for making the title game and Cam Newton for locking up a Heisman landslide.

Has there ever been a college player more important to his team than Cam Newton? I'm not sure even Tebow meant this much to the Gators. Tebow never led the Gators to an undefeated record and had a good deal more talent around him than Cam.

The national title game, if you can call it that, should be a real dandy with two teams that are fairly evenly matched. I think both defenses are going to play better than a lot of people think, but it should be a close game. I think in the end Oregon's conditioning is going to get the win for them, they have a way of wearing down teams by the end. It'll be interesting to see if the defenses try to limit the big plays or decide to take chances and go after the quarterbacks.

I may be in the minority, but I liked the uniform the Ducks wore yesterday, especially the carbon helmet. If they decide to offer a miniaturized version of the helmet, I would buy one for my work desk.

BCS Title Game - Oregon vs. Auburn
Rose - Wisconsin vs. TCU
Fiesta - Oklahoma vs. Connecticut - Blowout alert
Orange - Virginia Tech vs. Stanford
Sugar - Arkansas vs. Ohio St. - Buckeyes vs. SEC again. We've seen this story story ends for Ohio St. time and time again.

Lesser Bowl Games of note:
Capital One - Michigan St. vs. Alabama - Two very good teams for a no-BCS bowl gamen
Maaco Las Vegas - Boise St. vs. Utah - Poor Boise... what a fall. They even have to play a bowl game in the same state they had their epic chokejob
Outback - Florida vs. Penn St. - Oh how the mighty have fallen
Chick-Fil-A - FSU vs. South Carolina - Spurrier versus the Noles, just like old times.
Sun - Miami vs. Notre Dame - I remember those two teams playing some great games when I was a kid. Those days are long gone.
