Its more uneven than the original but I think the good stuff is arguably more interesting and also more important to the franchise.

It was nice to see Spider-Man in Civil War, but other than that I think that the Russo Brothers' movies are bland (including their Avengers movies).

I think Winter Soldier and Infinity War are two of the best superhero films ever made. I can take or leave the rest of their other movies.

I think Batman Forever balanced the light and dark elements of the comics very well, just like the original one did. But where Returns was too dark, I think Batman & Robin was too campy.

The batman is still the only batman film I've seen that I didn't enjoy to some extent.

Agreed on Forever and B&R, just kickback relax and have a fun time.


I dunno if this is unpopular for certain, but I love the Kingsman franchise, and hope for more saving the world so Eggsy can give his princess more backdoor lovin.

It took me three nights to watch The Batman because I was so bored by it. I don't plan on ever watching it again and I have no interest in any of the sequels.

Same goes for the new Dune, it took my three nights to finish that too. I will also be skipping the sequel.

Agreed. Those were the Batman films that came out when I was a kid, so I'll always feel like that was my era of Batman.

I think the "team chemistry" was better in the first, but Loki blew as a villain, while James Spader's Ultron was the best marvel villain of the franchise.

AoU was also too long by about 10-15 minutes of action, IMO. Needed better editing, something that always seems to happen with sequels to successful movies--more is better!
