I don't think so. The whole FOMO was for the limited edition. This one is the standard edition. Even if the initial stock somehow gets sold out before the release date, Arrow would simply reprint it.

Waited too long and now The Lighthouse 4k special edition is sold out. Guess I'll have to settle for the regular 4k.

Also, anybody ordering from arrow first time here's a referral.

So I'm thinking this from Arrow; a 20-disc 60th anniversary Pink Panther set containing all the films and ALL the cartoons (including the TV specials and The Inspector cartoons).

That would be awesome! The OOP Shout collection is ridiculously expensive on the second hand market. Doesn't Kino Lorber still have 1 or 2 titles? I know they're in the While Supplies Last section, so I guess they won't be run again.

Exactly, they're going OOP soon as are all the DFE/PP cartoon releases. Inspector Clouseau is already unlisted on the Kino site.

I don't think Arrow has an MGM deal currently, so I don't see a Pink Panther collection coming from them.

We really don't know much about what to expect from Arrow in 2024. Only a few hints still from Fran's sheet, 1 more Fortune Star title, another 1-2 Shaw sets, but not sure much beyond that.

I'm assuming this is a bootleg operation? Would Arrow really allow a company to reprint boxes/packaging?

Makes you wonder if all the third party Amazon and Ebay stuff is legit. They could be bootleg boxes with the nonlimited edition release inside?

Aside from the US version of Arrow Films, it is good to know that Arrow Films UK exists and is different than the US version in terms of content.

Those are just plastic collector cases for people that already own the packaging and movie.

Long ago, there was a guy, Paul Champagne selling custom boxes to hold peoples' movie collections. He had some pretty wicked designs. I got a box for my Star Wars collection. I remember that he was continuously hassled by film studios re: the copyrighted images. I'm guessing that's why he discontinued. It's too bad because the quality was very good.
