THIS has shipped, but I'm still waiting for RightStuf to ship Gundam.

They really are hit-or-miss these days. RightStuf needs to get it together.

I know I called to see about the sailor moon and they said they we're shipping in the order people's ordered were place but mine was placed last moth and it already shipped. Seems like there doing random shipping. I feel ever since they switch to the new site shipping has been horrible.

The person who told you that definitely doesn't know what they're talking about. I ordered very early in the morning the day it went on sale. I got my "shipping" notice this afternoon, but all that means is that they printed a shipping label. UPS has not picked up my order and Right Stuf's warehouse is closed on weekends, so the earliest mine will get picked up is Monday.

Maybe we could have a thread for shipping discussion and a thread for show discussion. Because most of the time, it's just shipping discussion here. None of the other threads I frequent are like that at all... I guess Sailor Moon fans are also shipping fetishists.

Well most of the other threads aren't for a blu Ray that's way over price at $54 when we all know it should be lower. So since we are paying that price we wanna make sure we get what we ordered.

To be honest, if it were not for these shipping posts this thread would be dead. I guess people really given up on complaining and are accepting their death in these horrible quality and over priced blurays.

Mine arrived in California about a hour and 26mins away (it always does that idk why). It still says I'm expecting this on Thursday and that it departed at 12:26 today. But there have been no update on this since. If I'm right this may arrive Tuesday or Wednesday instead of Thursday.

Just noticed that Amazon is selling season 2 part 2 blu Ray for $47 were as Rightstuf is selling this at $54. Makes me think Rightstuf could see this cheaper, but they are not going to because they know people will buy this.

Just to add to the shipping thing, mine still hasn't shipped. I emailed RS about it. They said it was in stock but they are "backed up in shipments right now." Man, ever since the website update they have take a slide in service. In the old days I would've had the set a couple weeks early. Nothing like paying more for it to arrive later... As long as I'm venting about RS, what is up with their order history? Now way to show open orders without knowing the date, and it defaults to showing 3 orders from like 2 years ago when I log in. Ugh.

Shawne has been tweeting about how busy they have been since they put the new code in to partial ship orders. I would guess they are just slow right now.

Yeah, I was chatting with a representative yesterday about another order I wanted to split into two and they said:

Yes I agree if Rightstuf wasn't the only one giving out the pre order gifts I wouldn't buy from them anymore. Their services gotten a little slow since they gotten the new website. They need to hire more people or fix/test their new systems before using them.

I ordered mine with Fairy Tail Collection Five, which releases next Tuesday. I figured that the order wouldn't ship for a bit because of the 1 week disparity in release dates, but usually I would get a RightStuf order by now, 6 days out from the release date of the second item. I don't like their new system.

If a replacement disc is made available, it would be through Warner Bros., not Rightstuf. (WB distributes for Viz)
Like with the replacement cover for R Part 1, WB handled that. If you contacted RS they just replied with the phone number for WB.
