Canceling Daredevil (and Iron Fist and Luke Cage) was 100% Netflix's decision. It's no different than when CBS or NBC cancels a show. Netflix had a contract with the production company that they could renew it for a set amount of money, and Netflix chose not to renew it. The Netflix Marvel shows are fairly expensive because they're filmed in New York City and Netflix deemed it too expensive, particularly for a show they didn't own. If Disney/Marvel had wanted the show to continue they could have negotiated more with Netflix, particularly in regards to shorter seasons like Netflix wanted, but in the end it was wholly Netflix's decision whether the show would continue and they made the decision to cancel it.

While this is true and was probably a factor, it was only a factor in the bigger picture, which is Disney stream set to launch in 2019. That’s why Luke Cage and Iron Fist were cancelled and it’s almost a lock Jessica Jones and Punisher will end(with Netflix) after their 3rd and 2nd seasons, respectively.
I don’t have Netflix streaming and bought the BDs for every show’s season that have been made available. If Disney keeps this mini-Marvel universe going, and I hope they do, I can only hope they continue to give physical media releases.

I'm scared to see what happens to it with Disney in control.

Everyone saw that coming or at least thought about that after the first cancellations.

For me yeah, I don’t have Netflix Streaming.

Speaking of Netflix, Narcos Mexico is renewed for S2.

AT&T Audience Network has renewed Loudermilk for S3.

Channel Zero The Complete Collection set was announced

The claim of it being complete with all 4 seasons heavily implies that the show will be cancelled by Syfy soon.

SyFy really never goes past 5 seasons like the original days when they were Sci-Fi (Which I wish was back). I really would not worry though Shudder could possibly pick up the series and even better they can now get away with anything it happens.

I still can’t believe Midnight Texas got a second season. At least True Blood was on HBO and could flex it’s muscles a bit. No chance for that with NBC.
I’m at the point now where I just assume most network shows won’t last and pass and don’t get too invested in them.

I enjoyed season 1 of Midnight, Texas but I honestly think season 2 has been pretty mediocre. I'm sad but not surprised it's getting canceled.

I agree, enjoyed season 1 but s2 has made me glad I didn't bother with the s1 BD. It didn't help that it took so long from the s1 finale for it to get picked up, that's likely why
[Show spoiler]Sarah Ramos left and they killed off Creek, when she was one of the three reasons I checked it out in the first place.
Knocking it down an episode wasn't a great sign either. I'm surprised it went to NBC anyway and not Syfy.
